yes, but comfortable elastic not the tight kind.

The legs are loose, but I don’t know how large the immobilizer is. After mine were washed they shrunk a lot, but would stretch out again after wearing for awhile.

Q: What is the material made of? Cotton? Polyester? Thank you!

60% polyester 40% cotton. Hope this helps.
