I received a whole box of beautiful birch logs! I didn't plan on burning them, but using them in Christmas decor!

So disappointed. I bought the fire wood as it was shown to be Birch, boutique wood - perfect for a lovely in-door fireplace. What arrived was several pieces of brown, split fire wood. Way too expensive for items I could find in the woods. .

The logs are just decorative for me. They’re perfect for my tiny apartment.

This is well-aged, well-dried wood that splits easily and burns well. The pieces are well-sized for a small cast iron stove, or a fire pit. The only downside is the price. At around $2/pound, it’s even more expensive than the bundles sold at grocery stores, and ten times as expensive as buying wood a cord at a time. If you only light a fire in your stove, fireplace, or fire pit a few times a year, or you just want some attractive logs to decorate your fireplace, it’s reasonable. If you need wood for regular fireplace or fire pit burning, though,, you’re better off getting a face cord delivered.

I am using them to fill the basked next to my fireplace but these are way too pretty to burn :)

These were too small not as pictured in the photo. If you would like smaller logs, they are just fine.
