Wanted a more permanent gate than the baby gate we had been using between our living room and kitchen. Works great for our pug and easy to use! Not unattractive either.

I like how nice it looks. The stairway going to the basement is open. Our little dog is going blind and didn’t want her to accidentally fall down the steps. Easily stops her and won’t hurt if she runs into it while roaming around.

Through my experience, this product will not stick and hold to my wall for long durations, and gets pulled off with ease. It also is so flimsy that if you’re using it for a dog, they can easily get under the flap and/or bend it up to get through. Not all in all bad, but requires you to nail it and wouldn’t use for small animals.

Anyone who has Dobermans knows they are notorious for counter surfing🥴. We had tried everything to stop them from swiping food-especially meat-off the kitchen counters!I’m happy to announce that THIS gizmo has finally put a halt to the ongoing theft!Pros: perfect fit for the entrance to the kitchenVery easy to install and operateHigh quality materials-especially the spring, roll up mechanismEasy to engage from either sideCost effective-especially figuring how much we have saved in stolen food costs-particularly given the current price of groceries!CONS: um, none! Ok, well… that’s not entirely true because, since installing said gate, our two Dobermans are NOT happy with this purchase!Honestly one of the best purchases we have ever made! We just have to endure the “Stink Eye” from them now that we have cut off their source of extra snacks!

It was just perfect! Easy to install and to use daily, but not easy for children to open it. We didn’t need to screw anything which was also a good thing. The material is also of good quality. No complains so far! We liked so much that already bought another one.
