The sellers have given excellent amd quick after sales support over WhatsApp for the queries I have had. The care required is mainly using correct measures and controlled temperatures. My kombucha is normally ready in 6 days but 5 days is good if you do not like too acidic. It will be a bit sweet then. It is value for money I think. Has helped with joint pains and digestion.
