I decided to get an industrial piercing in November last year. I changed the bar bell and put a decorative one in. Once removing it I saw that bar bell I used for healing was smaller than the decorative one. The decorative one was gold plated and really cute but impractical for sleeping. I got these for sleeping! It is amazing and so comfortable! Worth the moneys!

32mm works well for my piercing. Only one end comes off, which is very difficult to get off at first. I've had no reaction to this metal.My only complaint is that the silver one has a catch on the bar.
