The merchant wants you to customize the floor mat specific to the make, model and year of the customer's vehicle and agree to buy the item accordingly, however, when it does not fit to your specification, that is when you get pissed off and bad experience. Then, the merchant should take responsibility. In this case, my seller seemed to take an action and was willing to return the item promptly, which is good, and I liked it. That is why I edited my rating to reflect the good response from the seller.

The mats arrived weeks before I expected them to, so that was really nice. They arrived very well packaged with no damage. The logo stitching could’ve been thicker, but overall it still looks good. The mat color matches my seats perfectly and it adds luxury to my car. The fit isn’t perfect, but given that there was no option for the BMW i4, it worked well. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and feel I got my moneys worth. I’m hoping it’ll stand the rest of time, but if it doesn’t, I’ll add that to my post.

So far so good. Have only had them a week or so but I like them. I got two for the front. They fit pretty well and the logo looks great. No issues with the material in and around the gas pedal, so that a big relief. The color is beige, though the picture makes it look darker than that. It does come close the beige on the seat. So again thats great to see. One little thing to nit pick was I was expecting the rectangular section to be a little more over to the right and up closer to the gas pedal. My right heel seems to sit down between it and the wall to the right. Other that they're pretty cool

they do add some flare to you cabin but will tend to droop in some areas.

Perfect fit but the driver’s side mat keeps sliding and bunching up towards the pedals. This makes driving hazardous and tedious so I had to remove it. Still using the other mats but it looks weird having the driver side missing.

They look and fit nice! Like the pocket though it's not in an appropriate spot. Love these!

I was worried about the quality when it came in a small trash bag but once their placed in the car it does look very nice! I ordered the tan one it’s beautiful but not exactly the color in the pictures. Over all I would order again for more of my cars.

Started out thinking they would be decent floor mats but after almost 2 months it's already starting to tear and pieces coming off especially on the drivers side where the stitching is I could almost pull the pillow part of the floor mat up by hand...Should have known
