Eskimo - Mulitple colours Garnstudio DROPS Knitting Super Chunky 100% Wool (2 Black)

Bright color, small skeins 1.8 oz. Took 2 weeks for deliver. Had to g t post office to sign for it. Worth the Hassel for this very nice yarn. Last pic shows thickness next to size 9 needles. Loose and not twisted much which is more difficult for new inexperienced crafters. But prefer this as garments will have better feel, not as harsh. Overall I plan to buy again.

I was looking for a super bulky yarn to use in a tapestry. I looked through the Amazon app using the lowest price to highest price feature and came up on this one at a great price and good reviews. I think the reviews are warranted. I was a bit wary of getting this as it is hard to know how a yarn will be online plus the fact that it would be coming all the way from the EU. However, it was worth it. I hope they continue to sell this at this cost because I might stock up for other projects. The yarn is the slightest bit thinner than other yarns I got in the super bulky category at around 6mm. The one I have in front of me with this item is the Lion Brand Feels Like Butta Thick and Quick which in the 6 category is a good 10mm+. Perhaps the ones I've gotten are just extra bulkier though. The material is super nice and although some strands stick out and one or two strands fall off, that's what I would expect from wool so that makes me more confident that it is the real deal and not a cheaper polyester. I got the 02 Black and it is lovely. It is hard to explain colour through words especially a color so simple as black but it is exactly what you might expect from a product listed as black. No undertones or specks, just simple black. This was my first purchase from Drops but I'm intrigued about the brand based on this item and might continue to explore their offerings in the future.

Bought to do felted knitted slippers. The yarn is nice quality and should felt well.

Not really happy with the amount of yarn.

I needed this specific brand for the sailor slippers. These only took a few weeks to come in, which is not bad at all. They packaged them up so nice in paper. Nice yarn. This is a great seller. Will purchase from again.
