Clean Air Werever You Go! The Best Personal Purifier.
Buy it! This personal purifier is being used by a teacher in a full classroom environment of more than 20 elementary students. That should give you an idea of the germ level this teacher confronts every day. Teacher spends 10-12 hours a day in the classroom in the middle of the COVID pandemic. The feed-back so far is that overall the purifier is excellent.PROS:1. Fits tightly around the face, but not uncomfortably so.2. Filters are easy to make or buy3. Easy assembly out the box4. Easy system to replace Masks, can use store bought N95's5. Battery charge is by USB and Battery Life lasts all day6. The air smells amazing, it's purified and fresh all day7. Makes people jealous when they see you've thought things through, looks goodCONS:1. It takes a little to get use to, the first time you may experience air coming from the top of the mask2. There is no speed control on this unit, but teacher said its fine3. Be careful not to drop it or get it wet, doesn't look like it's military grade and it's probably not been drop testedThis is a review of the RSenr Personal Wearable Air Purifier. It's been less than 90 days, but more than a month since it started being used. I'll update the review in 6 months.

Does NOT run while charging, battery is NOT user-servicable*
The battery is an 804050 "pouch" cell, 2000mAH claimed capacity with a protection circuit and a tiny JST style connector that goes on to the main board, so it is "technically" replaceable, but only if you completely take it apart (I do mean completely!). Bear in mind, the battery is enclosed inside the unit in such a way that if it vented or catastrophically malfunctioned, you run the risk of breathing it in (it DOES have a protection circuit ON the actual included battery, so any replacement should also have that little protection board as well). Tinkerers beware. The biggest problem with not having a replaceable battery is that the board cuts off the motor AS SOON AS you plug in the USB C connection. That means you have as much use as the battery will hold and THAT'S IT until you take it off entirely to recharge it. It's cheap, so you could get two units and swap out the blower-box, but the other brands of these at least have batteries that can be removed and swapped on the fly AND will run while charging! Aside from that, this is pretty much the same as those other units, so if you only need it for short periods of time, it'll work out for less money. If you need all day usage, BUY A DIFFERENT UNIT!I'm looking for a way now to be able to either: extend the battery life of this unit; or give it a substitute way to run if the main battery is drained. I should have bought the other one (the $45 one).

Ruined by a few minor details, better options at the same price on amazon!
The media could not be loaded. I purchased a very similar (almost identical) device by another manufacturer/company (BROAD). I was so impressed and enjoyed the 'positive air flow mask' so much I wanted to get more. But they are unavailable now, which is unfortunate, so I found this one and it seemed like a close resemblance and would be fine. However, the biggest weakness of this is the hose, it's not very good quality, and even worse, they just shove it in a zip-lock bag for shipping, leaving it with very severe kinks (and weak points). See video for more details. This ultimately ruins the entire system, as the hose only wants to bend at those weak points/kinks which then greatly restricts airflow. This puts increased wear and strain on the fan & shortens the battery, and no doubt the life span of this system.Second is that this device "looks like" it has the new USB-C standard port. But it is instead a proprietary connector, not the USB-C standard. It looks like USB-C and is the same size, but does not works with standard cables, it only works with the 'special' proprietary cable it came with. Making that a potential liability, having a cable that looks like USB-C but only works with one device, and if lost, that device will no longer be able to be charged by ANY USB-C cables. This isn't great by itself, but combined with the above hose problem, and it's just not worth it.The other device I have (which looks almost identical) uses the previous standard connector USB Micro B (what people with an iPhone call the "android plug"). Both devices 'leak' a little air in through these ports (USB Micro B and USB-C) which allows a very small amount of air to bypass the HEPA filter. This can easily be fixed by putting tape over the port when in use (I use black electrical tape, because it makes a good seal and is very easy to remove to charge). Also the other device has a door in the back that allows one to remove the battery, which is also fantastic for longevity (or wanting to have more than one battery). Batteries through the other company are only $10 per battery, which seems fine. This device does not have a user-replaceable battery. I'm sure it's possible to take it apart, but I didn't want to break it, it may be glued together at parts, and who knows if the battery is soldered in.All in all this was a disappointment. I do like the armband, so I'm going to have to purchase one for my other device. But this is going back. Since the other one has thousands of reviews, I'm very hopeful it will be in stock again soon. I highly recommend it.All this being said, this device is still SUBSTANTIALLY better than any regular face mask, both against COVID-19 and many other air pollutants (or working environments). A HEPA filter really does an outstanding job of cleaning the air of pollutants, and with positive air flow, it's like an Air conditioner in my mask, I can easily breath through my nose, and my face isn't full of hot, humid, and carbon monoxide air. The positive flow also removes any concerns about the masks not fitting air tight on me, since air is only exiting through those leaks now. This turns almost any mask to the equivalent of a KN99.99 masks, and smells great, easy to breath, and fresh to boot.Get any of the three options by BROAD, they are exceptional. And the air smells clean and oder free. This one has a bad chemical smell, which is not a good sign for their filter. Also with a pair of scissors one can easily cut a hole in your favorite kind of masks to work with this positive air HEPA filtration system.

If you link the hose you suffocate
I original thought it was great until I actually used it while doing something and needed both hands. If you don’t have the hose fully extended then it kinks and no air. Nothing they send to attach it to is long enough to keep the hose from kinking. It’s a great concept but they cheaped out on the hose that renders it useless. If you can get a firmer hose to fit it would actually work really well in many applications. I was trying to paint with it on and it was great the few times I was able to hold it low enough to keep it from kinking. The hose isn’t long enough to strap it to my arm but that’s ok with the angle the hose would have kinked anyways, and the neck loop is to short to hang low enough to keep the hose straight. If you can fix the hose problem buy it. If you have no clue how to replacing the hose with something firmer don’t buy it, you won’t get air.
