Didn't come with a charger for the unit, which they forgot to pack.The product is good so annoying they forgot to do this

Bought this power pack to start my smart roadster ( battery completely flat) chose this one as it said it could start petrol engine up to 3.5 ltr connected this power pack which said it had full charge but failed to turn engine over and this is only 700cc don't know if it would start a motor bike. I thought perhaps give it a full charge and try again so I charged it for 7 hours as stated but it would not hold charge so sent it back for refund. I paid a bit more and got one with a proper charging plug and a case to keep it in.

Theoretisch soll die Powerbank voll ankommen. Akku gibt (aber) keinen Strom ab.Kein Ladekabel dabei, also eigenes angesteckt. Akku zeigt nun an, dass er voll ist. Nach einer Stunde vom Ladekabel entfern – die Powerbank gibt noch immer keinen Strom ab, die eingebaute Lampe leuchtet nur, wenn ein Ladekabel den Akku mit Strom versorgt. Ebenso andere Geräte laden geht nur, wenn die Powerbank mit externem Strom versorgt wird. Ich frag mich, ob im Inneren vom Gerät überhaupt Akkus sind?!Gerät geht zurück
