This railing is very nice. It looks great and is very sturdy. The biggest issue I had was drilling holes in concrete. For me, it took 8 holes. The drill bit that came with the railing lasted for about 4. I had to order another bit from Amazon (which just barely finished the job itself). One thing I suggest is to make a rigid template (I used plywood) to guide where you drill the holes. It's really hard to start a hole in concrete in an exact spot.Once the railing is up, it looks great and works perfectly. Now my mother in-law no longer complains every time she visits (at least about the lack of rails).

Was exactly what I was looking for. Caught it on sale and purchased two. Well worth the price even at full price.Update: after mounting the two handrails down the stairs from my front porch and determining the quality of those handrails and then checking the size against the opening on the side of the porch I decided to use one of these as a safety rail for the porch to protect my grandchildren. It fits perfectly and is quality construction. I would down-rated it 1/2 a star if possible because the new one that I paid full price for does not have matching hardware. The hardware for the ones on the stairs have black bolts and nuts while the brand new one has silver bolts and nuts.

Bought 6 of these railings . At least 3 had a screw missing. Not a huge deal. One had the hardware literally thrown in the box. The hardware was the wrong size. One had a foot plate that was not welded on. Obviously placed in box knowing broken. Wrapped differently than other rails.Seller would not simply replace broken part. Ended returning that one for refund. However, if you receive all the parts To put them together , they are really sturdy, nice looking rails. Come with the wrenches and drill bit needed. A little time consuming to put together but not hard. For the $259 price , you would think they would be more careful with their packaging.

The product is what we wanted. Ordered two different sizes. The first one came with all the parts. The second one had missing inside rail and bolt. Tried to get the missing items but would not allow us wanting us to return the product. We decided to keep it but will be spending more money to have a part made. Satisfied but unsatisfied. :(

This is just what we're looking for! It's a beautiful design, very sturdy, easy to install. It just arrived today and we're so happy with it. I went to order another one and so sad to see it's unavailable and not sure if it will come back in stock. SAD. SAD. SAD. It would have complimented the one we have. Oh well, glad we have one.

This handrail was exactly what I needed to finish off my deck. Sturdy and looks great. A little purse to put together and due to the way I had to secure it to my stairs, I couldn't use the very long lag bolts, so I bolted with plates to the underside.

it took about 1 hr to assemble . looks good.

Installed at in-laws. Very sturdy and stable. Provides them a stable platform to grasp when they are going up and down the steps. It looks good too.
