Critical medical info
Ordered with specific information for my medical condition. Custom print for whatever info you need - mine included identifiers for local medical emergencies (name/DOB), primary medical condition, and emergency contact. If I can’t answer these questions, it’s available for first responders and emergency room personnel.

Exactly What Is Needed
As a disabled individual, now with Addison's Disease recently diagnoised, the doctors told me to add that to a neck tag "Immediately." I've used a national seller of medic alert tags before, and an annual membership I knew was of no use. As a medical professional as well, I know that the EDs in this nation rarely waste time calling into any place; they do benefit from knowing a serious condition upon admission, though - as does EMS.I had reported this did not arrive and had an email notice it wouldn't until March, even though the excellent vendor responded to my order within minutes of my order with Amazon. It did arrive, this morning! However, there's an option for a key ring or a chain, which infers the alert tag on such. I have plenty of chains so I odered the key ring. That is all it was - a simply ring; no alert tag, which is useless to me. Otherwise, I'm well-satisfied, and will use this vendor again but hope I don't have to - aging has some disadvantages.I've told many people about this excellent service via Amazon, and shall dontinue to do so.

Works for me, am buying more
This medical alert ID is affordable and easy to read. NOTE: words aren't 'carved' into the metal, so a star is subtracted...but there's a way 'round this. It has to do with what I put it on. My ID (red with white letters) hangs from a 24" first-class Italian silver chain purchased thru Groupon (about $ 17). Because of chain length it's easy to pull over my head before showering, thereby protecting the lettering from deteriorating...if in fact it will. During the day/night, it appears that I simply have a beautiful silver necklace on. Because of the length one has to look a lot further to learn that beauty leads to the medical ID at the other end (only hubby & medical folks spelunk there) PS: I plan to get one for hubby and son but gotta save up for the chains.

Medical Alert Tag
I know everyone says about the same thing, but let me just add that the personal service from this company is the best of any company that I have ever dealt with. The ease in working with them is so smooth and personal and everyone has said the word: Fast! I ordered two of these for us and will be ordering more for others in my family with medical needs. You cannot go wrong with these, they work and you don't have to pay endlessly for a service which EMS personnel may, or may not call for your information. These get EMS personnel's attention quickly and they know on the scene exactly what needs to be done and what used or not, to stabilize you. Everything is in your hands and you won't have to depend upon anyone else. So whatever your needs, this system they have is printed clearly, legible under all situations and your tag will tell anyone exactly what you wish for them to know. I've just about worn dog tags all my life, Marines and Law Enforcement, so it is like coming home for me to wear them now. Check them out, you will not be disappointed. ColGilly

A REALLY GREAT ID TAG
This ID tag is awesome! It arrived quickly and that made me happy. I have needed to have ID for some time. I hesitated on most bracelets as I couldn't get much information on them and felt the urgent things needed to be right there. The expense was also a factor. These tags are very affordable and can be engraved with so much. The color is pretty and the engraving is very easy to read. The tag came engraved with my information perfectly listed. Which was a lot. I would definitely order from this company again. (A note to other women. I changed the chain on my tag to a long, fine silver one. I wear the tag tucked through the center of my bra. The tag is very light weight and I rarely know it's there. This way I feel it is not "out there" for all to see, yet helps keep me safe. I can feel free to wear other necklaces without interference. It's all good!) Order from this company. I recommend it..

10 Star Item and 20 Star Company
This is hands down the best service, price, and product combination I have ever encountered in my 75 years of life!First, the product is exactly precisely as pictured.Next, it arrived 20 days before the target time. The many easily confused medical terms in initials were exactly as requested without any typo.My Black dogtag is lightweight and very comfortable, and I leave it on to shower without any problem. It shows up well. As a retired RN and therapist, I well remember being the only one in a crowd of medical personnel to notice the standard silver with red medical alert when starting CPR on a patient in the clinic, so it was emblazoned in my brain that alerts need to be bigger and splashier to do their job. This one is standard dogtag size and showy as it needs be. Really this is a 10 Star item and 20 Star company from my perspective.

This product was better than expected
This product was better than expected. For a long time I have used a generic medical tag. In my last emergency it was no help to first responders, and I was not in a state where I could assist with answering questions. My doctor and I decided a custom medical identification tag was a good idea. I ordered multiple tags so that I can attach 1 to my keys, 1 to my badge at work, and one I can wear. This product come REALLY quickly. It looks better in person than the picture on the website. The company e-mailed for engraving information and printed just as asked. If you are looking for a custom tag to help in case of an emergency this is a good choice. You can get more expensive tags that connect to a web service with medical information; however, most of the medics I spoke to said they do not take the time to use the service.
