Switch Docking Station for Nintendo Switch, TV Dock Station Replacement with HDMI and USB 3.0 Port for Nintendo Switch and OLED Model

So far since I’ve had it, it’s worked great. I’ve had trouble with the original bc you have to put cords in a certain way. But this one is good as far as I see. Only had it a couple weeks though.

This is a good product to purchase. The Nintendo Switch fits perfectly inside and it connects with no problems.

After having this for than less one month, it no longer worked correctly. The system would not charge or output to the tv while docked. It was completely useless. Than less one month of use shouldn’t result in the dock dying.

The media could not be loaded. The first thing I noticed when opening the box is that it doesn't come with an HDMI cable, which was a bit problematic for me. The reason I wanted this was to dock and connect to a TV when traveling and not have to disturb my setup at home. I can understand it not including a charger as using a Nintendo branded charger is best, but HDMI cables are pretty commonplace. Right out of the box I notice it was lightweight, which is great for portability, it has an HDMI port, a USB C port (for charging), and two USB ports. One cool thing is that it has a button to toggle between displaying on the TV and the switch screen. One issue I had was actually putting the switch on the dock. There's the dongle part that goes into the USB port on the switch and a little raised part that fits into the groove on back of the switch. Maybe it was the lighting but it took me a few attempts to line up the groove on back of the switch with the part on the dock. There's also a slight delay with the picture on the TV upon docking the switch but it isn't too bad.Overall I would recommend it if you're wanting to travel with your switch and dock it. Just don't forget your charger and HDMI cable!

Bought this so I had an extra docking station to bring with me to friends houses. Works well. Gets the job done.

Not working properly, have to plug and unplug several times to get the blue light on… and yes, I waited more than 10 seconds each time. Some time transmitted without sound…I change the HDMI cable to see if that was the problem and it keeps doing the same.Very poor support for the console, easy to tumbling

I got this mostly because I wanted to be able to use my switch on both my Livingroom TV and my Bedroom TV, without having to move the dock from room to room. Using the console in handheld mode is nice, but it's much better on the TV. I also wanted to have something that took up less space in my travel bag when I'm traveling for work.The dock connects super easy. Everything fits, and the console sits on the dock fine. You may see that it tilts a little if you have a rigid HDMI cable since it's very light and not very wide. Extra USB ports on the side let you plug in your controllers to charge, or a keyboard/mouse to use.If you use the CEC feature on your TV, then you'll miss it with this dock since it doesn't appear to support it. Tested it on 2 TV's of which both work fine with the OG dock and my PS5. This one does not wake up the TV, nor does it trigger the input change if the TV is already on. Other than that, it works great if you manually change to the input for the device.Picture quality of the passthrough looks crisp, so it doesn't appear to have any quality loss. I haven't experienced and video lag between my controller actions and seeing that relay to the screen. Video looks just as good as the original dock, on my 4K TVOverall, I'm super happy with this. It does everything I needed it to do. If there is an added bonus, the minimalistic formfactor for the dock will help keep my switch cool during long gaming sessions.
