Jessie, Shane, Conor, Liam, and Mikey
After leaving with her father, Jessie is taken to his home where she feels sick the entire four days, and her Dad refuses to talk to her. The boys track her down, and Shane and Conor sneak her out of the house, but Conor realizes she doesn't look right. Instead of taking her back to the penthouse, she is put into one of the torture rooms and no one, but Shane is allowed to see her until she talks. While Conor is gone for a night, Shane sleeps with her quickly, and them tells the twins that she is to suffer for 24 hours without food or water. Jessie starts her monthly, and no one answers the door, so when Conor finds her 20 hours later, she is covered in blood and emotionally wrecked. Conor takes her to a bath while Liam calls in the doctor to examine her. She had been drugged by her father. The Russians come to the club to take Jessie back and she confronts her Dad, he is not the man she was raised by but his identical twin who was married to her Mother first and he hired the Wolf to take everyone but her out. Shane tells Jessie that nothing will ever be the same after what she did and tells her to run away. Jessie is gone for two months before Conor finds her in Arizona and convinces her to go back with him. Shane and the twins are dealing with their attorney and their father dying, and the memoriesand feelingsit bringsup in them. The boys just want him to die already. It takes five days to drive, and she tells Conor about what the Wolf did to her for two years, and Conor tells her about why the boys left Ireland and their father behind. When they returned, the twins were excited to spend time with her where Shane had his attorney/ex-fiance there and didn't really seem to care that Jessie returned. The next day, Shane tells her he will never be with her again because of her abusing his trust. This really breaks Jessie. While Conor and the twins are working at the club one night, they all get separated by weird circumstances, and Liam gets kidnapped. Spice level was a 4!

Will the Truth Come Out...
Sadie definely threw me off with the cliffhanger in Ryan Rule. For Jessie to learn that her Papa is still alive. He survived the massacre of their family by The Wolf. Her Papa told her that the Ryan brothers were going to give her back to The Wolf. Everything that they told and built on was a lie. My heart breaks for her because she had finally believed that she found a new family and had fallen completely in love with each brother. The pain she feels when she learns of them working with The Wolf is too much. She has so many questions that need answers. How did her Papa survive? Why is he working for Bratva? Didn't he and her mother leave Russia to get away for the mafia? Every time she tries to talk to him, he says he does not have time for her, but he does have time to tell her that he has arranged a marriage for her to someone in the Bratva and that he has big plans for her.She doesn't like the plans he made for her and tries to tell him, but he lets her know that he word is final.Jessie leaving hits the brothers, but Shane and Conor take it the hardest. Shane finally opened his heart to her and felt like she was just to get close to them to get information on their organization. He hates lairs and deceivers. For Conor, he is having a harder time believing she would betray them like that. There is no way she would work for the people who kidnapped and tortured him. She knew what hell he went through because she went through the same with The Wolf. They find her location and go to kidnap her back to get answers. What they find out shocks them all...Some big tuth bombs about Jessie's life will be revealed, and trying to repair her relationships with Shane, Conor, Liam, and Mikey...

This book will have you begging for the next in the series!
This is an RH/ Irish Mafia/ Kind of second chance story about an FMC who is sassy, funny, sweet and so fierce you cant help but say "You go girl" more than once. And her 4 (Yes 4) Hot Irish men who are on a mission to get her back and keep her while showing her how wrong she was in her cliffhanger choice from book 1.As Jessie learns some truths that eluded her in book 1 she comes to the quick realization she made an awful mistake and now must work to get back to her 4 hot Irish men. This book takes you on the emotional journey between Jessie and Connor and they road trip home and get to spend some 1 on 1 time before heading back to the RH life they live in New York.Just as things are finally looking back to some form of normal the author hits us with another amazing cliffhanger that has you clamoring for book 3!Worth Mentioning is the fact that while this book will give you ALL THE SPICE it does not lack in plot or good writing, the editing and grammar are also very good. This book is also available on Audio and is an excellent listen!Hollie Jackson is an excellent Jessie while Aaron Shedlock somehow brings all 4 Irish hotties to life without any confusion as to who you are listening to.

what?!
That cliff hanger?! Seriously? I am really needing book three to hold some more answers. And I really need Shane and Jessie to sort their stuff out. Conor and the twins are perfection. I am still loving this series. On to book 3!

10/10
Picks up a few months after book 1, I love how we see her and connors relationship deepens, and when she gets back her and the twins still have a strong relationship. I hope her and Shane can get back to the way they were 😩 the cliffhanger had me screaming, I’m starting book 3 now because I have to know what happens!

Not a series for the faint hearted… but I’m loving it
WARNING… This is book 2 in the New York Ruthless series and unless you’ve read book 1… you should know that there may be a few spoilers. You must read this series in order or you won’t have a Scooby Doo what is going on!Ok… so book 1 opened us up to the world of Jessie and the delicious Ryan brothers. It probably opened our eyes very wide too because let’s just say that their relationships are more than unconventional. Shane, Conor, Mikey and twin brother, Liam not only share a love for the red-headed beautiful hacker that came unexpectedly into their lives, but they also share a bed… or share her. I must admit that it took me a little while to be completely ok with that, but I got there and now, actually their relationship makes a strange sense to me.At the end of the first it ended on a huge cliffhanger and Jessie was gone, leaving the boys absolutely broken and livid. Not only had she crushed their hearts by walking away, she severed their ‘cum oath’ within hours of sealing the deal. Even though she left a note, the boys are distraught. Shane goes into full on scorned lover mode, and Liam and Mikey are baffled by her sudden departure… but Conor never gives up his faith in his girl and encourages Shane to look for her. Now, Jessie should have known better than to not place her trust in her boys because one thing becomes clear… all is not as it seems. The man who claims to be her father seems different to the father she once knew and adored. Could coming back from the dead have changed him that much? Or, is there something more sinister at play.It doesn’t take long for the Ryan’s to locate Jessie and what they find is a shock. She’s not the Jessie they had fallen in love with. She’s scared of them and angry, but there’s more. Shes tight lipped and refuses to give them the information they want… but when a health check reveals that her system is full of drugs she realises her mistake in trusting the man that came for her, the man who claimed to be her father. With the truth coming out it becomes obvious that Jessie has been fed lies and then drugged to keep her submissive. But the truth will be harder to take than any lies.Unfortunately, the man claiming to be her father isn’t giving her up easily. So when they lay siege on the Ryan’s club… Shane has to do the only thing he knows will make her safe. He cuts her free. But to do that he knows he has to hurt her enough to make her leave. But it wouldn’t be much of a story if it ended there now, would it? After months of searching and refusing to give her up, Conor does indeed so as he told her he would… he will burn the world down to find her.She takes some convincing but the moment she gives in and falls back into Conor’s arms, Jessie knows her fate is sealed. Lying to herself about how she feels about the Ryan boys has only brought her loneliness. The road trip with Conor is so good and it gives us time to truly appreciate the very close bond and trust these two both share. Regardless of the other brothers, Conor and Jessie belong together. But it doesn’t take long for Jessie’s fears to be realised and soon they are faced with the possibility that Jessie’s past is coming back to haunt her. And the only ones that she knows will always protect her are her new family… if they’ll have her back.Liam and Mikey have no problem picking up where they left off… but big brother and mafia boss Shane is harder to crack. He stills feels her betrayal deeply but even with his trust in her tainted, she is special to him and he will go to any lengths to make sure she is safe. This cliffhanger though tugs at my heartstrings because I have fallen in love with all these Ryan brothers that the thought of any of them coming to any harm guts me.This book is fantastic. So much emotion and feeling and love that takes twists and turns that have you hoping and praying for everything to work out right for Jessie and her boys. The series is getting better and better and with each instalment the strangeness of their very close relationships just gets easier to understand. In fact, it doesn’t seem anywhere near as weird as it did in book one because you can see in the book just how much they all love her and she loves them.Great stuff!! Hotter than hot sex scenes that certainly made me blush a little… but hey, it’s good to get the old blood pumping. Can’t wait to start book three. I need to know everything will be ok.

Love these books!
This is only my 3rd book by Sadie, but I love them, Dante was my first then I decided to back track and started to read the New York Ruthless series, I think Connor is my favourite, but you can't help loving Shane, Mikey and Liam too. Jessie is also quite a character who as definitely had it hard and loves the boys with all she has, I can't wait to read more and see what happens next. I would definitely recommend,

Ryan brothers hot hot
OMG Sadie as done it again with book 2There is so much smut in this bookAt the end of the last book Jessie went with the man that says was her father the man she was killed as well as her mum and 2 brothers by the man called Wolf and that Jessie has been looking for years to finish the job she started.Jessie father told her that the Ryan brothers where going to sale her back to WolfWhen the Ryan brothers find out Jessie has gone they are all heartbroken especially Shane as it takes him alot to let her in.They think Jessie as betrayed them and will do anything to find her so they can make her pay, but Jessie think they have betrayed her goes on the run to start over againBut with so much of Jessie's past on her heels, will she find out the truth that may have left the only people that really cared for her, and will she find anything on wolf

3.5 /4 longest review I've ever left a book!!
Mixed review and partial spoilers.I will start by saying I've read many RH of all themes and plots so I have high expectations.I would love to give this 5* but I got so frustrated AGAIN in this book. I will try and explain why..Firstly, I love me a MOODY APLHA but that has to be balanced with a somewhat sassy, strong, take no building but with a soft side female lead. Jessie is a pushover and it peeved me off!The whole push and pull with Shane frustrates me because he says about trust and that he can't because (slight spoiler ahead) left and while she has explained in the beginning of this book... He cuts her no slack! It's like he has completely missed the fact that it was her "dad" whom she thought dead! He completely disregards her explanation which tells us the lies her "dad" told her!! Let's not forget said dad takes her and keeps her drugged up... And still Shane goes on about her leaving. Now, don't get me wrong, I understand at least one of the relations can't be smooth sailing, There's always one who is MOODY and fights his feelings.. And these two are your typical push and pull BUT in my opinion it would of been better if in book 1 Shane didn't touch her till he got her back.. From her "dad" That way they would of been a slow burn, enemies to lovers which would of left this book (2) to build on that with the mistrust but some understanding on Shane side and that his just fighting his feelings.... IFrustration number 2 - even tho there is more of the twins in this book the POV are still mostly Conner and Shane so I don't feel the connection between Jessie and them as strongly... There were times where I thought a quick POV from one of the twins would of really enhanced the connection. For example (slight spoiler ahead) she Comer was brining Jessie home and they FaceTime the twins it would of been ideal for the next POV to be one of them to give us an insight of their feelings the passed two months, it would of helped build the anticipation of them all being together againThere are a few more niggles but that's it. This isn't a bad review and I would recommend this series AND I'm going to read them all as invested and intrigued. It's just I have high expectations and I feel a few things really bugged me, I couldn't give 5*Will confess I'd love me a Conner! 😍

Bonne lecture !
