butter LONDONLippy Moisture Matte Lipstick

I chose this product hoping it wouldn't leave marks when I kiss my husband. He won't kiss me when I wear lipstick! For the most part it does that, but I was disappointed it doesn't last as long. I suppose that is to be expected as it is not a stain. Regardless, I enjoy the smoothness of its consistency and the richness of the color. If you spend the money on Butter products and understand the limitations of specific products, you won't be disappointed. These products are worth the money!

It's a really flattering red (that sometimes appears pink under certain lighting!) and is also not drying at all. The pigmentation is amazing and does not feel thick or cakey on the lips at all. It does not cling or emphasize dry skin and I love this so much! Even at its original price it is worth it; however, I got it for $10 and it was such a steal!~Please consider voting on whether this review was useful, since I want to be able to improve my reviews in the future as well. I tried this color on in Ulta once and I really liked it, except I remembered it being a bit more dark and a brownish brick red. When it arrived I was surprised on how much brighter of a red it was, brighter than I had wanted but I still liked it and decided to keep it. It lasts for a while and even leaves a stain on the lip if it ends up coming off. I really like the packaging.

I was so excited to match my lipstick to my favorite London nail Polish color! They are the same brand, have the same color name but are not even close to a color match! I was terribly disappointed.

I love this color. It is bright, but not tacky and can be worn day or night. Butter lipsticks are soft and non-drying.

Nice color and smooth application, but it does not stay on past a few hours.

I’ve been using Butter’s lipstick called Frisky for many years and it was my favorite. The version of Butter’s lipstick also made your lips look a little puffier - think they discontinued. It was a Barbie pink color. This lipstick is nice and me what I’m using now in place of the other.Please bring back the Frisky lipstick!

When I first applied this lipstick, I was really happy. The true red color was what I wanted. However, after a few hours (without eating, drinking or doing anything that would affect the color) the color had changed to rose.....a pretty rose color, but not what I expected. Given the price, I am returning this because it is not what I had hoped for. The color stays on which is good. I just wish it didn't change so dramatically throughout the day.

Bought this for my girlfriend as she had been having trouble finding it Canada. Exactly as described (already knowing the product).
