Do NOT waste your money on this machine
Do NOT waste your money on this machine!! I have been in contact with customer service of Beverly Hills Fitness because the screws/pins will not hold on the machine. I was told the machine could "move" in shipping and all I had to do was "jiggle" the bars and make sure the pins were in place and the machine would work. Well, I do this, but as soon as the pins/screws seem in place they come out when I go to use the machine/exercise!! I have also asked questions to the other consumers of this product and been told I just need to lightly screw the knobs and it will hold in place. Well it doesn't!! I can get it to FOLD, but I can't get it latch to USE the machine to do the exercises!!! So it's a great machine if you just want to shove it under your bed, but if you really want to use it, buy something else!!!

Don't waste your money!
I just purchased and have tried to use. First, the coils that come with the machine are so long you need to often slide off the mat to use. If you want shorter ones that actually work, that's an additional $25. As for workouts...they are pretty much a joke and there is only one. First, the accompanying DVD's are a joke and you can find the same information online...so no added bonus there as mentioned in the advertising. One DVD only includes one, 20 minute super simplistic workout...only 1...not "many" like the advertisement states. Additionally, if you try to find others online, they are short like 2 minutes to 10 minutes, but it is still the same original workout, just a segment of the original workout that's on the DVD, and again, super simplistic, repetitive exercises. Most of the exercises you could do with a chair and $5.00 band set. I wouldn't waste you money on this. Very disappointing. Would have been great if the company actually invested some money in a workout series that was available online. So many exercise companies are doing this and making lots of money. Could have been the Peleton of pilates and have live workouts with this machine that people could purchase a monthly or yearly membership. But because this piece of equipment is so limited, that hasn't been done. This company appears stuck in 2015 and has not created any new workouts other than the original. Looking to return.

Wonderful for Beginners
I saw this tower in an Instagram ad... How Instagram knew I desired to get back in shape, work on toning my core specifically, and do it from home, I have no clue. I researched the product and decided to purchase through Amazon. It’s been three weeks so far and I’ve used the tower at least 3 days a week, sometimes 4 or 5, this entire time. For some folks that’s normal - for me a busy working mom of a toddler, that’s a really amazing feat.Pros: It is light and easy to move around. There are several videos on YouTube that I stream as I use the apparatus (the DVDs that came with are worthless to me... who still has a DVD player?). The videos with Mindy Raymond Benson are particularly good for beginners as she is mellow but encouraging and the moves aren’t too difficult to learn. I’ve lost 6 pounds so far and feel my posture has improved, I’m feeling my core and arm strength returning, and I’ve become a bit more flexible. The barre workouts are an absolute killer in a good way. The Pilates workouts are mellow but really strength the core and arms, and lengthen the legs. For $240 this is an outstanding value.Cons: The only con is I’m not sure that my coils are of equal tension. As previously said the DVDs are worthless. It would be great if the apparatus came with a Pilates ball but I bought one on Amazon for cheap. The weight doesn’t exactly fly off with these workouts so be prepared to have a different fitness goal that quickly losing weight. The only way to do that is loads of cardio. All in all this machine helped kick start my fitness journey in 2019. I’ve never done exercise like this before and love it. I gain confidence each time I use the apparatus and feel motivated to continue to incorporate other workouts to augment my weight lose. A+ for me! I love the STT!

I can't tell you how much I love this thing - but I'm going to try
I can't tell you how much I love this thing - but I'm going to try. For the non-exercise stuff - it's small, folds under the bed (we have a super low-to-the-ground adjustable (hospital type) bed) easily. Is super easy to set-up and to move around the pieces. That being said - I guess you'd call it secondary stuff, it's great. Now for the real reason you bought it - getting fit. My husband and I do Pilates 3 times a week, and 4 times a week in summers. We love it, although it is tough. This is for when you cannot get in. I'm in school full time, and so I often have deadlines that come at inconvenient times, and making class is a hardship. This is perfect. I can take it out and get it done on my own schedule. As for barre, there are amazing classes on your internet provider's service, also on you tube, and DVD's or plays of them. The Daily Burn ($99.00 a year for unlimited any kind/type of class) has great classes, and this is what you'll use. Perfect. I now wish I had gotten the slightly more expensive model, but that's on me. I didn't know how well I'd like it. Now I wish it, but you know about those wish things. Get this, you won't be sorry. Don't worry if you already have a Pilates subscription, this is an adjunct. You will love it, and be glad you got it.

It does the job but I can see with constant wear and tear it will not last a very long time. At times it seems a little unsturdy but since I am not ready to pay for classes it can do for now.
