Don't do doggy w/o
Adds needed leverage with doggy; don't like that position w/o. Wife likes it too. Haven't tried it with the other "side" position shown in the illustration. I wish the straps could be adjusted shorter to put the handle higher on her back. I usually end up holding the straps directly as the handle is too low.
