Easy to use phone app excellent very quiet .seems good quality

I absolutely love my new washing machine, it’s straight forward to use and the extra kg drum (I’ve always had a 9kg previous) is fabulous for my family! Less washes meaning more economical. It’s very quiet which is an extra bonus!

This is a good machine, it is pretty quiet and energy efficient with Wifi and intelligence. Fantastic!However, being a large drum has its fall backs. The clothes when wet can be heavy and the machine jumps around like its trying to escape.Yes, the shipping screws have been removed.Yes, the machine is on firm ground - tiled floor.And yes, each foot have been adjusted for equal pressure contact firmly on the floor.I keep having to rotate the machine to be square, under the work counter. I also try to put folded cardboard on the side the machine to stop it rotating to one direction. Now I've given up, it can stay facing at an angle and vibrate against the dish washer :(

I brought this after buying cheeper machines and they breaking just after a year. I decided on this due to the size drum and spin speed with the bonus of 10 year parts warranty. I do less loads of washing now, brilliant speed of spin. Lots of different cycles where most are over 2 hours long, eco wash is a long cycle so unsure how can call it eco when other cycles are less time. I use the all in wash and had no issues with it. I had a problem with door lock which was sorted within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend.

The washing machine was great for 11 months or so. It was very effective, efficient, and silent. However, it broke before the end of the first year. Luckily, the warranty covered the repair, although this should not happen with a relatively new washing machine that has very limited use.

Very well built machine & was indefinitely good value for money.My wife loves the fact she can operate the machine using her mobile phone.👍
