Oh Larry the Barista. You've inspired me to pursue a career in barista-ing. The first time I saw you in The Lego Movie telling Emmett that his coffee would cost him $30 was the defining scene of the movie.Your annoyed, monotone voice towards Emmett truly exemplifies the barista life. The life where "this guy is too happy for his expensive coffee" life is truly THAT barista life.Larry, because of you, I've fallen in love in making coffee for other people. NO. I do not know how to make cappuccinos or lattes. But I do know how to use my Keurig machine.Larry, I love you. Stay cool and keep charging people expensive coffee.~Chuck

This was a gift for my Lego loving, coffee addicted college-aged daughter. She loves it and Larry works hard in Lego Village. I also have to add that all the other inhabitants of said Lego village are much happier now that there is a coffee shop and barista in town! This works out great for us too, because those Lego villagers are quite picky about their coffee and it was tough putting their lattes in those tiny cups! Now Larry takes care of all their coffee needs and we have time to do other things.

I love this character and it's a great addition. I took off one star because (although he's pictured holding his coffee cup) there's no way to attach the cup to his hand, so his coffee is always beside him.

I needed a barista for a custom coffee shop build I'm making as a gift and Larry fits the bill perfectly. These individual minifigures from the individually-bagged ranges are wonderfully detailed and a great way to add a level of personalization to any build.

Fun character that comes straight out of the Lego Movie. Now you can build a coffee shop and have its first barista employee so that all of your mini figs can buy "over priced coffee" (movie reference: one of the rules/directions). :)
