Good Customer care service.
very Good SMPS at this price, customer care services of My Tridev Company was excellent and very helpful. I had some issues with this product, after talking to customer care they changed my SMPS free of cost without any argument and also provide extended warranty.

Defective product, Damaged components inside.
The media could not be loaded. Fully defective components inside, the transformer seemed like as if it was broken on purpose, the solenoid was also broken, first plugging, the box smoked up, mcb dropped. I expected repairable damage and ended up being an idiot by opening the casing. But found out, it's pretty done. The most disappointing purchase ever

Received defective Product.Out Put Volt 81V DC but it should be 36VCooling Fan Nor running.

Worth for the money. Well packed when i got the package.
I have received the SMPS with in time. I have already installed in my application module and working fine. Its well packed i appreciate it specifically.

There must be an internal short circuit. The power tripped when I connected it to the plug. I made sure that the connection was fine.
