This Condor Red EMT Pouch does a great job of keeping first-aid supplies organized and easy to access when needed. Just like every other Condor Tactical equipment I have purchased, this pouch is made of top-quality nylon material, with no loose, broken or crooked stitches, with zippers that slide easily and smoothly, and zipper pulls that are strong and durable. I have every square centimeter of space inside it crammed full of first-aid and medical supplies, including: bandages of various sizes and shapes, sterile 12-ply 4"x4" gauze sponges, sterile Curad non-stick pads, Water-Gel burn pads, Spenco blister care pads, moleskin sheets, unit-dose medication packets, emergency scissors, bandage scissors, curved and straight hemostat forceps, dressing tweezers, splinter tweezers, rolls of cloth, paper, and plastic medical tape, ice packs, nitrile exam gloves, triple antibiotic cream, anti-itch cream, elastic wraps, a triangle bandage, sterile eye wash solution, eye cups, wooden tongue depressors, Q-tip medicated cream applicators, and many other first-aid and medical supplies. Even with all that inside the Red EMT Pouch, the zippers haven't come loose or popped open, and the zipper pulls are as solid as the day I got this pouch from Amazon.com. It goes along with my range bag, in case of accidental injury, and it is an integral part of my Bug-Out-Bag gear. I bought the Red EMT Pouch so my first-aid supplies can be seen and found easily. It performs an important function for me easily, effectively, and economically, and it looks great doing it!. Its MOLLE webbing attaches easily to my B-O-B with Blackhawk! Speed Clips and it attaches to my range bag with two Blackhawk! ALICE Clips. I also bought the Condor Red Rip-Away EMT Bag to carry the larger, major trauma gear, including: nitrile exam gloves, a C-A-T Tourniquet, 6" Israeli Bandages, 5"x9" Combine ABD Trauma Pads, sterile Kerlix gauze bandages, Coban self-adherent elastic wraps, Povidone Iodine Swabs, Quik-Clot Silver Packs, Z-Pak Sterile Gauze Bandages, HALO Chest Seals and Xeroform Dressings, Blood-Stopper Kits, SAM splint materials, Mylar Emergency Blankets, Duct Tape and medical tape rolls, a Rescue Knife with Glass-Break Tip and Seat Belt Cutting Blade. a Streamlight White LED Penlight, a Leatherman Multi-Tool and more first-aid supplies and trauma gear. Even with all that gear in these pouches, they are holding together perfectly, look great, and continue to function flawlessly when needed. (Fortunately, they haven't had to be utilized too often!)

I purchased this pouch to hold my EDC items, which I carry in a larger North Face Berkley Field Bag (purchased separately on Amazon). The internal storage is perfect for my multitool, several smaller tools, and my iPhone accessories. The external MOLLE webbing (on both sides) allows me to easily store a small flashlight, jet lighter, and tire gauge with slots to spare. Build quality is good and with proper care should last many years. The zippers in particular are well made, which are always the first things to fail on budget bags. But these zippers feel robust so I'm confident they will last. Personally, I don't wear the pouch on my belt, as I don't find that style of carry very comfortable. But it has belt loops if that's something you're into. Or, I suppose you could also use the belt loops to lash it to a backpack. Bear in mind the pouch is not waterproof. At best it is water resistant. But in heavy rain or dropped into water the contents will definitely get wet.

I have a bail-out bag that is full to the brim (3 day pack with molle system all around) so I wanted to expand its capacity because I love the bag. I found these pouches on Amazon and the dimensions seemed to be exactly what I needed.When they arrived, I quickly inspected them for construction issues and I'm pleased to say they passed with flying colors (I bought 2 of the OD green ones). The stitching was strong and was without flaws, and the zippers are solid and work well. I prefer a little more robust zippers on my survival gear, but these zippers are the right size for these bags. I was able to fit both of them side-by-side on the back of my pack with the molle system, which is exactly what I needed.I'll be buying 2 more of these to go above the two I already received. I can fit 4 of these snugly on the back of my 3 day pack, adding quite a bit of extra storage for all of my small gear. I hate fumbling through my bail-out bag looking for the smaller items, and this will keep them within reach at all times. One of them is my new full first aid kit, replacing a heavier hard case that I was using. Actually I combined two smaller first aid kits into one and put everything into one pouch, including a snake bite kit.Very happy with these pouches, especially since they are Prime and at a great price. Better option than used Army surplus products, too. You get new pouches for half the price.

Brilliant. Arrived almost the next day. Great service, packaging, and this is a great Molle compatible pouch.I’ve put my 8x32 Binos in their case inside. Extra protection and a more sturdy carry. Space for accessories etc too.
