Women's Magpie Faux Leather Lace-Up Combat Mid Heel Military Ankle Boots

I have been trying to find a combat boot with a medium height heel for years on Amazon. The only ones I tend to find are the fashion kind with stiletto heels that hurt my feet. I was ecstatic when I found these boots.The 2 1/2 inch heel lifts my pants legs off the ground without the discomfort of a stiletto boot heel. The fabric is flexible and the boot looks more fashionable than traditional womens' combat boots. There is an anti-slip bottom and my boots fit my feet perfectly and the arch also fits great. I normally wear a size 7 1/2 but ordered an 8.The only problem I discovered with these boots is that a pair of gel sole cushions are necessary because there is no cushions on the inside of these boots.

at first i was worried about buying these boots but the reviews were mostly positive so i thought for the price i would take a chance! I am so happy with these boots! The fit is perfect and they didnt need any breaking in. I did get a half size larger just in case since some reviewers said they ran a little small and im glad i did. I had plenty of room to add a inner sole for added cushion but otherwise they are great! The side zipper makes it super easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend them!!

I am normally a size 6 or 6.5, but after reading the reviews I ordered a size 7 and they fit perfectly! I can even wear thick socks with them, which is great. The very first day I wore these, I ended up being on my feet and walking for the better part of 8 hours. They were great for not having been broken in, like I only experienced the normal amount of foot pain from that much walking. I have fibromyalgia, so this is the first pair of boots I've bought with any kind of heel in a REALLY long time because I got to where I couldn't walk around on heels anymore...but these have been so gentle on my feet. I've worn them every day since I got them. They have surpassed my expectations, especially for the price.

I received a defective pair but I got my money back promptly and the return process wasn't difficult at all.I plan on ordering them again (hopefully with a different result) because the shoe that wasn't messed up fit perfectly and was super comfortable, the other one though, felt like my foot was in a vice. I compared the two shoes and they looked like perfect mirror images of eachother, compared my feet (even though this has never happened to me before, I did panic a bit), they aren't noticibly different. I think the leather on the top of the foot may have been a little too short or angled wrong or something because length, width, and toe roomyness were perfect, they were just crushing the top of my foot without squeezing the sides of my foot.Defects happen, and this company handled it perfectly.I'll update when I get around to trying another pair.

I have normal size 10 feet. Had to size up to an 11, the heel fits nice and snug but the toe has an inch or two. no need to wear thick socks it's not a problem because the heel fits so snugly. I could see how if I hadn't sized up the size 10 heel would have been too tight to get into. I recommend a half to a full size up, a half size if you have smaller narrow feet, a full size for regular to wide feet. People with very very very narrow feet could probably order thier usual size.The shoes are beautiful, look just like the picture to me, but I don't have amazing shoe or fashion standards so I probably wouldn't notice any little detailed issues. Love them!

I really like these boots even though i think they're a little overpriced for the material they're made of...like even for man-made the material on these is of the cheaper variety; it's the sort that squeaks, which i hate, but they're cute enough that i'll put up with it (and the price might not even be that off depending on where you usually buy shoes). I forced myself to order them in "wine" and I'm really glad i did cause i already have at least 3 other pairs of boots just like this in black and the wine color goes a lot better with everything than i thought it would! I also ordered them in 8.5 instead of my usual size 8 due to all the warnings. They're a little big but it was probably necessary because i can kind of feel that they would have been too short (in the toe box) in size 8. I wouldn't order up any higher than half a size though (then again, maybe look at people's reviews who have the same size as you and see what they say cause cheap shoes like this aren't always consistent and maybe some sizes are even more off than others).My only complaints are that they come with cheap laces, they make that crinkle sound, and also, they're too wide around the top of the shaft (i often wear leggings with them and stuff like that annoys me but whatever).The shaft is 8" tall and 11" around the top. They have a really flattering shape to them otherwise--also, they're more comfortable than the other boots that i have in this style.

Love these! Great quality as well. I'm a size 8 but I ordered a size up in case. The material is not stiff and is very comfortable. The heel is easy to work in and gives me a boost for being 5'4" without the normal crushing or wobbly feeling that some heeled boots give. Definitely recommended!

I bought these shoes a year ago and they were great. The fit, the look, good rubber sole...everything. I re-ordered the exact boots because my original pair is scuffed after much wear, and the new ones I got are cheap with a hard plastic sole. I’m so disappointed.
