good quality product kept my spine in place , no complaints

I tried a previous waist support belt that I considered was okay but returned as it was tight. This version is more suitable and it does give me waist and lower back support that I need as I do have shoulder socket pain that causes me to unconsciously alter my sitting working posture and walking posture which ends up causing me additional lower back ache. This seems to have helped correct that bad posture habit. So I am pleased with what it is achieving.The quality seems very durable and well-constructed and the large Velcro straps create fantastic grip and hold yet it feels comfortable enough. Time will prove whether this has a long-term benefit but in terms of quality and initial results it is worthy of a 4 Star.

This adjustable back support is replacing an existing back brace which had worn out. I have tried a number of types but not found any as good as the one I had so have been persevering with my old one. However I’m very pleased to say this particular back brace meets my needs, as someone who has long-term back injury.This brace provides the right amount of support thanks to the four support bars and two flexible springs, as well as adjustable compression straps, but isn’t too restrictive on movement, allowing it to provide support when moving. The Velcro design makes it very easy to adjust to a comfortable position when seated too. The double strap enables you to get good compression too.All in all this is a sturdy belt that offers some flexibility in use and does provide good support. At £14.99 (at the point of review) it does offer good value for money for the quality and utility of the belt snd sizing seems accurate too. Happy to recommend.

This is shoddy and not worth your time and investment.First there were no instructions. I think if you have slipped discs it is quite important to know how to put this on correctly. But nothing included.Then instead of the promised metal plates it is supposed to have we get plastic bendable ribs which simply do not provide the required support.Not ideal again if you have a back injury.This is not as advertised and you should not waste your money.

Very flimsy belt and doesn’t provide much support.The Velcro wouldn’t stick after a few days and kept coming undone.Don’t waste you’re money go elsewhere.

Rayyan adjustable belt support really helped me out, it improved my posture and took away that annoying back pain i was used to have at the end of the day. Very happy about it, i'm recommending it around!

Got this back support for my brother who also have problems with his back :/The belt is true to size and is well made. The back is hard as metal parts are put inside to support the posture and stabilise the lower back.The belt feels comfortable when standing up and walking but when sitting feel squeezed and uncomfortable... so loosing the belt up is good thing to do ....to the comfortable size obviously..Belt fastens by strong velcro straps. There are also additional elastic sides which are very good, can be pulled and fastened tightly around the waist.Belt is great and worth to have.

This a good back support belt which offers support when doing activities which might other aggravate symptoms. My husband has ongoing back problems (inflammation of the spine) and he will wear this belt when he knows he is going to be more active then normal and it does give him some support and helps his posture. The belt is easy to adjust to fit by adjusting an inner and outer strap. I would say though that isn’t going to stop back pain or fix back problems it is just an aid to help along side other interventions.
