When my cat needed to wear a collar during recovery from an eye ulcer this item was great. Once he was used to it he could eat, sleep, wash (apart from his face) and carry on his day as normal. In the 10 days he wore it he only managed to get it off once (because I hadn’t adjusted the toggle tight enough). It even helped when he needed to have medication as I could hold onto the collar easily and he wasn’t spooked as he could see what was happening. I’m so glad I bought this collar as I think it helped him to recover in much more comfort.

I have heard of these before from a friend who recommended one to me for when I have my cat neutered. I can safely say she loves it ( much more comfortable than the plastic ones the vets provide) it is a little big as she is only still quite small but other than that it's a good idea.

Worked well but cat kept pulling it off!

it was far too big for my cat who isn't a small cat. He was miserable in it and he didn't sleep at all. I assumed he would just settle down and fall asleep with it one but no :( I had to just keep an eye on him going near his stitches rather than have him not sleeping. Also, he threw up after the anaesthetic and it went all over the doughnut as it was so big. I didn't see it straight away as it was in the middle of the night, but he had to sit with it right in front of his face until I saw it. It was really distressing to find him like that. I had never used one of these before so it didn't occur to me that that could be something that could happen. I wasn't given an option of sizes but I see now that there are smaller you can get. Perhaps a smaller one would have been better, but if I went by the sizes in the description, I would only get this size (M) so it's obviously just not for my cat

I bought this because my cat has a wound just above his back leg that he won't leave alone. I tried the horrible plastic 'cone of shame' and it depressed him so badly I couldn't leave it on him. But this... I think he actually liked it! He had a portable pillow everywhere he went! He still ate, drank and slept as usual. BUT unfortunately for me, he can still just about reach his wound, so I've taken it off and will try something else. But I'll keeping it as very happy with it. Easy to put on, easy to tighten.

The title reads for cats and dogs (M), but it won't fit a Medium sized dog at all! Couldn't even get it past her snout :(

Although our cat was less than impressed whenever we put this on him, we found this the easiest type of collar to use and it was quite effective. We put it on him now and again if we caught him over-grooming. We were pleased with the purchase which was, in fact, the second collar of this type that we had bought.

Ich den Reif in rosa und in blau (wie man sieht auf den Bildern). Ich brauchte einen, weil sich meine Katze am Ohr ständig blutig gekratzt hat (Folge einer Medikamentennebenwirkung). Nach einer kurzen Eingewöhnung hat sie ihn problemlos akzeptiert. Sie konnte damit fressen, schlafen, spielen - also alles was sie auch ohne diesen Donat gemacht hat. Er ist schön weich (wie ein Kissen), groß genug, die Katze kann ihn nicht einfach so abstreifen. Er ist eine tolle Alternative zu dem Kragen, den man vom Tierarzt bekommt. Jeder der mal gezwungen ist seinem Tier einen Kragen anzulegen sollte das Geld für diesen Kragen, zum Wohle seines Tieres, investieren.

Ottima alternativa al collare a imbuto. Dopo un primo momento di fastidio e un paio di tentativi di toglierlo (i gatti ci riescono benissimo), una volta accettato, diventa molto comodo e non intralcia il mangiare o il bere (potrebbe inzupparsi un po' in ciotole troppo larghe) e non crea disorientamento. Anzi, spesso è un ottimo appoggio per la testa durante i mille sonnellini.

Se ha acostumbrado rápido con este collar suave, no le molestaba en sus tareas diarias, podía comer, beber, entrar en el arenero, subir a todos los lados donde tenía que subir y dormía super cómodo. Nunca más collar de plástico! Los veterinarios deberían vender este accesorio después de la operación, porque es muchísimo mejor para los animales, no les hace daño y no les estresa nada!

Pas mal si on ne veut ps quelque chose en plastique mais mon chat a réussi à l’enlever à plusieurs reprises. Après c’est joli et ludique mais aucune véritable utilité ..
