Organic Turmeric Capsules - Organic Dietary Supplement with Organic Black Pepper - Turmeric Curcumin (60 Capsules)

I used turmeric daily for protection again joint issues. Having studied long and hard, I decided upon this company. They appear to take both their product and its quality very seriously, and I appreciate their dedication. I am a yoga teacher and have felt the benefit of turmeric over the years, and particularly this one.

It did take away back pain but made my legs from ankle up 6 inches or so red and hot.

I take the turmeric curcumin as part of my overall supplements to protect and strengthen my body. I read at one point that it really needs to be taken with black pepper to be effective, and that’s why I switched to the BioOptimal. I also try to ensure that all my supplements are organic, so that was another point in favor of this supplement. I fell and fractured my back in several places about 1 1/2 years ago, resulting in damage to the main nerve behind the vertebra. For a period of time I was told I couldn’t take my supplements, including the turmeric, and I have noticed a definite improvement in my joints since being allowed to take them once again.

This is so convenient to use. I had been mixing tumeric powder in coconut oil with black pepper and cinnamon. It's so messy and a pain to make. These capsules are perfect. I just dip them in cream cheese to provide a fat to help absorption and the doggy loves it.

These are great. I can't remember how much I paid, but I had to take 4x the dosage of 6 at least other brands that I've tried, compared to the 1 capsule in this. I take them for Migraines, fibromyalgia, and Inflammatory arthritis. I purchased them because another reviewer spoke about the smell and quality, and I have to say, she was totally correct. You know these are fresh when you open the bottle and smell/see them. Very happy with these, and I will repurchase.Update: I. Forgot to hit send, so I’ll comments more. Ive purchased this item 3 more times since I wrote this review way back when, and I’m sticking to what I originally stated. They’re amazing. I’ve started giving them to my boxer (dog) as well and she is more active, her coat looks better, and she generally seems happier. Thank you BioOptimal! If you are taking multiple supplements at the same time, make sure not to put this one into your mouth 1st or you do risk the outer capsule melting and getting a strong taste. Nothing horrible if you happen to forget, I just take capsule so I don't have to have in a drink or a teaspoonful.I have been taking general supplement upon medical advice for inflammation of peripheral nerves. I have used multiple brands over the years. I have been using this brand for the past several months and find it effective for my needs. I love the price too.

I have struggled for years with inflammation throughout my body of an unknown source. I have tried many things to help alleviate the inflammation and pain associated with it. While browsing the daily specials on Amazon, I came across BioOptimal's MCT Oil. I decided to purchase the MCT and look at what else BioOptimal had to offer. I found the Turmeric Curcumin Extra Strength and decided to give it a try. I have tried Turmeric with Bromelain in the past with little result. After taking my third capsule (on day three) I realized that I was seeing wonderful results. I couldn't be happier. I am suspecting that I will continue to see results as nothing has made such a difference in the past. My mobility has improved and my back stiffness is lessened. My husband and I both have arthritis. We LOVE this product. I have reordered it over and over again. I can really tell when I don't take it. My hands and joints are painful. I don't like taking medicine, so this is a natural alternative, and not an NSAID.Recently, my husband had and accident and broke his leg and arm. We doubled up on this product. He quit taking his pain medicine 2 days after the surgery, and isn't in much pain at all. I feel like the Turmeric is helping.
