Works as expected
I used this to hook up 2 solar panels to keep a wireless security camera charged as one panel was not enough to keep the battery charged during the winter(short days) and it works perfectly. I don't know if data is able to be split or combined.

Two 15w solar panels for chicken coop
I power my chicken coop battery using 2 15w solar panels. One panel wasn't enough to keep the battery charged. I used this to add a second panel.

Total 100% crap (doesn't work at all)
This micro USB splitter (or hub, what ever) doesn't work at all. I've tried using it with 3 different phones (that have OTG), and no dice. I'd like to return this, and get my money back. I have until June 13 to make my decision.

Perfect solution for dual solar panels
I am using these adapters to connect 2 solar panels to each of my security cameras. This allows me to have one panel facing south east to catch the morning sun and the other one southwest for the afternoon.The cable is decent quality and seems like it will hold up to outdoor conditions well. I made sure to cover the connections temporarily with electrical tape to prevent dust and moisture from causing any issues.So far I'm very pleased!
