Works great
What I got from the dentist for whitening, but, lot more inexpensive for the same thing, great value, keep in the refrigerator will last longer.

Great product
Just got this today and worked well. I definitely prefer this product over the one offered by smilebrilliant. It did whiten, but its effects did not last and having to use it for 3 hours a day was a bit much and time consuming. So I purchased a stronger product and this worked with just a short time required. It also whitens more. I have not experienced sensitivity or whitening of gums or burns as others have stated. More than likely people are not following instructions. If this is your first time using whitening at this percentage, I would get a smaller percentage first to see what you are sensitive too. Also people seem to be using a lot of the product expecting faster results. When I say a lot I mean that the product ends up on your gums and teeth. It should only be on your teeth. Also, poor brushing to begin with will cause sensitivity for most people. If you do not floss regularly, or use fluoride toothpaste or mouth wash, then your teeth are not going to be able to absorb a strong concentration well and their will be pain. Lastly, people who say their teeth end up yellow. This is just the experience some people would have. A lot of the enamel may have been stripped away and all you are left with is what is below the enamel. So no amount of whitening, either through a dentist or otherwise will affect it. Having healthy teeth in the first place will give better results. If the twist off dose not work, then you can use scissors to cut it open. I used to do this a few times with smilebrilliant syringes and just reattach the cap. I also started unscrewing the syringe end and saving it after use to use with another syringe in case I experience the same issues. The only complaint I have with this product is the amount you get and the large sticker around the syringe. I get about 2 uses out of this. I have used a 3 ml syringe from smile brilliant and got 4 uses out of it. The large sticker around the syringe also makes it difficult to gauge how much you are using.

Great product!
This stuff was awesome! I consulted my dentist about whitening and since I had Invisalign and have the laser cut retainers he told me to get some carbamide peroxide gel online and use my retainers as whitening trays. I followed the directions exactly and did 10-15 minutes twice a day for a week after brushing and flossing. By day 5 I had minimal sensitivity, but nothing like I'd get with Crest Whitestrips. I don't usually use a fluorided toothpaste so I temporarily changed to Sensodyne and that fixed it. Be sure when using this to keep it away from your gums. When you put it in your trays you need about 1/4 inch per tooth (I just did the front 6 teeth on each arcade) and you put it closer to the top so that when you slide them on the gel goes with it. If you put this in the bottom it doesn't spread right. If you're confused watch a YouTube video and you'll see. If you have sensitive gums, you can apply a little Vaseline, but don't get it on your teeth or the gel won't contact them.Remember, you must have Invisalign retainers or custom whitening trays to use this product! I posted a before and after photo so you can see. Overall I'm very pleased and won't hesitate to buy more when I want to whiten again. I still have enough left from the 4 syringes to do it completely again for now.

Great and much cheaper than through dentist
I got LumiBrite molded liners and gel whitening (the 16%) a few years ago through a livingsocial special and loved it. I wanted to follow up on whitening my teeth, so I decided to order the 32% gel on here because the 16% is not available. I was a bit worried because I have sensitive teeth and a small area on one tooth that is fake- I was afraid the 32% would be too strong. It was a pleasant surprise using it! It did stain a few small spots on my gums for a little while, but it was gone by morning. I do suggest using a remineralizing gel right after using the LumiBrite 32%-- it reduced sensitivity a lot. Oh yeah, and the LumiBrite does work really well to brighten teeth! After 2-3 uses, I could already tell my teeth were brighter. Immediately after using, your teeth will probably look a bit weird and striated-- that's why I use it at night- by morning, the striations are gone and teeth are nice and white! The remineralizing gel I ordered is: http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B004VEZ1LY/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i03?ie=UTF8&psc=1 --I highly suggest it.Oh and to the reviews that wish the tubes came with tip covers- they do! The little piece of plastic you snap off to open the tube is also the cap- just turn it over and it fits perfectly on the end.

Works well
Arrived in good time. Good value gel, which I used with plastic made to measure holders from my dentists. This gel is much more effective than the one supplied by my dentist, which needed to be in for 30 minutes plus and made my teeth sensitive. I kept this gel on for about 15 minutes, longer than the instructions indicated, but had no sensitivity problems. Good whitening was achieved...not super white, but I think my natural tooth color is somewhat yellowish, and there is probably only so much that can be done with my coffee-stained teeth. I was happy with the results and would purchase again. No problems with thickening as reported in other reviews.

Be sure to use as directed.
Following the directions is what is required, and this is great stuff. Much whiter teeth if you follow the directions! And how do you think I found that out? Bahaha! If you are a smiler as I am, get this! You'll want to smile big!

Defective
I’ve used this whitener for years. The expiration date is fine but trying to get it out of the syringe was almost impossible! I stuck a needle in the end thinking it was clogged, worked the plunger back & forth, no luck, I used all my strength with both hands & I have strong hands… it just won’t come out. Had to screw off the syringe tip to get anything out but then too much comes out at once. It was stored in fridge since I got it a few weeks ago. Maybe this was stored wrong by sellers or bought as discounted iffy product. Not happy.
