I have three pets; two cats and one dog and I have had so many house help simply give up after taking one look at the home zoo. A11 is a great help, I already have an A9 for which the after-sales services were a seamless experience making me trust the brand even more.Pros:1. Cleans very well and has three suction levels2. The little fan on top keeps the machine cool.3. Battery capacity covers two floors in one charge4. App has room selection and no-go zones which eliminates the need for multiple robo walls5. Resumes cleaning from the same spot if the battery drains mid cleaning ( has very good memory)Cons:1. It's too good at it's job so the hepa filter needs rigorous cleaning, am talking about using another blower to clean the filter and the filters themselves are very expensive at 700 a pop. I hope they bring down the price at some point.2. The hybrid dust and mop tank does the job well but the wet dirt is a job to clean because that tank can't be opened , I wish atleast the dust compartment could be opened3. A bit loud at the highest suction capacity, so the pets swat at it in alarm.4. Still can't get it connected to Alexa , pretty much have up on that integration.Overall a good machine ESPECIALLY if you have pets ( I purchased the auto emptying one but the fur kept getting stuck in the dustbin, so returned that and went with this one. Our A9 and A11 are called paranoid Android and Marvin and we are really happy with them. 😊

It's very easy to use and does it work properly.Pros :-1) Suction is best among all.2) The app can be used in multiple devices hence other family members can also access.3) All the features like Anti-fall, edge cleaning and others work properly.4) Easy to install and detach the attachments like mop and broom.5) Works good in smooth floors6) 2 in one water tank is easy to use and take very less amount of water.7) Battery pack is also good.Cons :-1) App requires some more corrections.2) It's get stuck with loose items lying on the floor.3) Regular cleaning of fittments is required for good cleaning.

This is an amazing robot cleaner which does both mopping and sweeping and is easy to use and maintain. I mainly bought this robot when my maid takes leave and relieve me from cleaning chores. It does sweeping phenominally well over a normal household maid and can leave the floor almost spotless. The suction capacity is pretty powerful and can clean thick carpets and heavy rugs easily. By just using the sweep function, we would be able to feel the difference and literally you dont need to mop afterwards.Robot was working fine..but it stopped responding so raised complaint with iLife. I would say the help desk and courier service (DTDC) was poor. I had to continuously follow up.But once it reached the technician he gave me updates and he resolved it.

I purchased S8 pro on Feb22. After using more than one year giving this review.First 2-3 month it was performed very good, both dry and wet. No need of housekeeping person. Then1. One wheel cover come out and it was rubbing with body. It was not a serious prob but I log complain and service centre replaced both the wheels. One thing keep your mind that every service it's take around 3 week bcz of transportation from your home to service centre and back .2. After receiving the robo i noticed that different model wheel fitted and during wet cleaning it's skidding on floor and not moving properly.3. Again raised complain and this time they return back with same wheel. Again same skidding problem.4. Again raised complain and this time they fitted original model wheel. After using 2 week again same.5. Again log complain and this time main button also not working, it was running by remote only. Again log complain and After repairing this time I received a dead m/c.6. Again they pickup and repaired. This time it was properly run only two days after that centre button not working only remote in working condition.Last 14 month I hardly used this machine 4-5 month. Rest of the time it was in service centre.conclusion :1. Service centre technical team do not understand machines properly.2. Machine are not enough mature technologically & may be it's in developing stage. Other companies or other model may vary. ( It's my personal opinion).3. I will not suggest I life bcz of poor service quality.
