I Love it as a substitute for wheat. If you know about pasta. the flavor is just a little different but it is worth it for the healthy food and nutrition

Not a great substitute for the real thing.
I really hoped to find a good substitute for standard pasta. But I just couldn't get over the texture and taste of these noodles. Not awful, just not great. Never got to an al dente texture. Tasted more like a whole grain pasta. If I liked it, I would have been ok with the cost. However, it was substantially more for the same sized box.
