does it work well with facial veins

Yes, yes, but the effect is not very well, because the blood vessels on the face are too thin.

Is it good to find veins on the lips? I do needless lip fillers just wanna make sure it’s good or not.

Did u purchase this and is it working for u? I too want to use it for lips and other no go places on the face. Wanting to avoid vascular occlusions.

How do you keep the light on the vein while trying to start IV, do you need a second person?

Yes. You need two people. You can locate the vein but cannot start an IV unless you have a second person to hold the light.
