This thing is badass. I've played with some half and full stacks that can't compete. The tone and sound is wonderful as well.

This is a great amp for gigs. It’s loud and takes pedals better than any amp I’ve heard with my own ears. I’ve been playing in a Metal band for a few years now and can tell you this thing kicks ass!

This is an all-valve amp with a stereo effects loop. You can’t touch that until you pay $2000+ (US) for a Magnatone. That being said, the clean channel is pristine with nothing but a volume control in the circuit—a bold but wise design choice. This is THE budget stereo effects pedal platform for guitarists. I would’ve given 5 stars, but the trademark Orange dirty channel is less ‘accessible’ to the user. You need to work with the dirty channel at volume and likely boost it to get something less ‘orangey.’ I end up using the dirty channel as a pushed clean with light overdrive. I also achieve stereo separation by plugging in an appropriate wattage 16Ohm extension cab instead of one of the good-sounding in-amp speakers. AWESOME-sounding! THAT is what this amp is made to do. Chinese manufacture of this amp is why they can do this at this price. I’ve had NO quality or longevity issues with this amplifier. It’s an excellent buy and I’d do it again.‘’’
