harder to find type 1, just what the suspension dr. ordered
None of my local auto parts stores carry type 1. They all think red and tacky grease is good enough for everything. My jeep's suspension lift (RK) specifically calls for type 1 and says red and tacky will wreck my bushings. Why would I use the wrong grease on a $3K suspension? So every 6 months I suit up, crawl under the jeep, and use this grease on my suspension. Totally keeps it well lubed and creak free.

Excellent Quality and Popular Brand of Grease
It's an excellent quality of grease for heavy duty application such as gears and plain bearings. I use it to final drive gear of my Yamaha VMax 1200, being a shot drive motorcycle.
