I recently purchased this watch with high hopes that it could help with potty training my 2 year old but unfortunately, like others have previously mentioned, the watch stopped working after 2 days.Update:The seller promptly responded to my concern and replaced the defective watch. I am so grateful because my son has never been so excited to begin potty training! I highly recommend this seller for their excellent service.

The first watch suddenly went silent after two days of working. However, several days later was functional and I was delighted. The idea is effective and reminds both parent and child to not miss a potty. It helped a lot, and was easy to use. Above all, dealing with the customer service and manufacturer, was 5 star quality. They have a lot of trust in their product and overcompensated the minor flaw that organically self-fixed.

The item won’t make any sounds after 2 months of use. :( it does look cute but it is not really durable. It functions well for the first 2 months. But that’s it. I like the size and color and sounds but unfortunately it does not last long.We reached out to them and they replaced the product! Very responsive!

It wasn’t water proof but overall a great watch

Potty watch worked fine at the beginning. After a month the music stopped working, and only flashing lights work. Toddler ignores the flashing lights and I don't hear an alarm so watch isn't helpful now. Looking for a replacement watch.

I had a very stubborn child who needed to potty train. I was skeptical this would help, but it did! The timer was great and she felt “in control” of when she needed to go. I set the timer to an hour and that was on par with when she needed to go. Easy to use

This watch did indeed assist with potty training. I could not be happier.

Don’t waste your money. It’s not waterproof. Of course our little ones need to wash their hands. The viewfinder was wet and stopped working in 4 days when used. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. Going to try the vtech doggie watch for potty training

It stopped making sound or light after 2 daysI changed the battery and still just the light works

Bought this for my 4 year old who had a really bad toilet regression. She loves wearing it and runs to the toilet when it goes off. The music can be a little quiet in noisy settings but other than that it's worked so well.

The watch was doing really great for my son i liked it until one morning i wasnt able to turn it on . And this happened only within few days of using the watch. Very unreliable item .

I expected the sound to be louder and the watch to at least vibrate to alert the child . Aside from that stopped working in just a few weeks . Contacted seller for refund in May, chased it up every month and all I got was we are looking into it. End of August and still waiting. Avoid seller if you can , not value for money for how long it lasted, and the false promise of an easy refund .

Have had 2 now. Both stopped working within days. Failed to play the alarm. First one was refunded no issue and I bought the second. However this one needs to be returned to the USA and am having trouble with the return.
