I use this with John Frieda’s blonde shampoo (the yellow bottle) and it extends my color for weeks. I have dark brown hair naturally, but keep it light blonde. I used to have to visit the salon every 5-6 weeks since I hate super dark roots. Using these two products together extends that time by 2+ weeks. I’ve actually cancelled salon appointments multiple times because my roots were blended so nicely. Over a year, that adds up to a ton of saved $$$. On top of that, the treatment makes my hair incredibly soft. My hair is very fine and thin and this moisturizes as well as any expensive hair mask but magically doesn’t weigh it down. I’ve recommended it to friends who like it better than olaplex!

I spend a fortune on blonde balayage, but also live in a very hard water area which causes those highlights to go brassy in a couple weeks, tops. I had been trying numerous salon brands of purple shampoo. Joico, Bed Head, etc - all of them got the job done, but were extremely drying and smell horrible. I tried this stuff after my stylist recommended it on the super-secret-down-low (shhhhhh!!) and I couldn't believe how amazing it was! My hair is very thick, curly, and naturally pretty dry. This conditioner turns it to silk and makes my highlights looks salon-fresh for 2 months, and that's about how long the tube lasts me if I use it once/week. So much easier and cheaper than those brutal purple shampoos. Highly recommended.

We bought this after hombre treatment in my daughter's hair with the shampoo and conditioner. Regular products did a better job of cleaning her hair and maintaining the bleached effect.

It did good with getting rid of the brass, but it made my scalp itch and burn, and made my hair fall out pretty bad. It also smelt terrible. If you have a sensitive scalp I wouldn’t recommend this product.

I use it once a week and it does a great job of toning by removing the brassiness of my new very light blonde highlights. And what a fantastic conditioner that leaves my hair soft with body for styling. Another perk to me is the beautiful scent that my hair has right up until the next washing. I'm ready to order it every 2 months!
