This is a good size guard, I had to cut a little off one side as I have lost a back tooth. The molding was good and it is comfortable. It does feel comfortabley firm in the mouth, as I grind quite alot, I go through alot of these, this one is a perfect size and feels at the moment like it stands a chance off lasting a while as it feels hard wearing, not as flimsy as others I've had and it covers all my top set of teeth, as other makes have left the last tooth on the right showing, which I'm sure has affected their durability.

Done exactly as needed. Son using it weekly no complaints
