Q: is this shampoo safe for color treated hair?

It does not say anything on the bottle about color treated hair. It is a very mild shampoo and I would think it is safe for color treated hair.

Q: Does this includes a pump for the bottle? Can i safely use this on my face as well? Thanks

Hi there! This does now actually come with a pump. Your skin's natural pH is neutral, at about 5.5 to 6.5. Ideally, anything you use on your skin should be close to that range to keep your skin comfortable. Lower pH levels in safe active therapies can be better tolerated (the skin has a natural protective acid mantle) with proper use, but low pH levels are generally highly denaturing and drying to the skin.Because of the ways body washes/soaps are made, they inherently have high pH-levels. This can be irritating and denaturing to skin and cause redness, itching and excessive dryness. While our Essence Clark Wash is MUCH softer and has a lower pH than most bar soaps, we do not recommend it for facial use. Instead, we recommend any of our cream cleansers or facial scrubs, which are formulated specifically for facial use. If you are using one of our active regimens, please also use the designated cleanser, which is further pH-adjusted for comfort throughout therapy.
