It is good. It gives you a lot of energy. But it contains heavy metal possibly. When I do intermittent fasting, I get metallic taste in my mouth. Once I stopped, it is gone. When I take pine bark for circulation aftet two hours, it doesnt feel good. So this product isnt possibly lab tested. It also comes with plastic jar, which is very bad for this kind of natural product. I expected glass instead.

El sabor de este Shilajit es horrible, con matices a tintura, o sea, está diluido. Los beneficios esperados no están presentes en su totalidad. La consistencia es algo líquida y por eso nos manchamos las manos al servir el producto.

The tiny little container it comes in is such cheap plastic, the lid won’t even close. I’m not sure if exposure to the air affects the quality of the Shilajit, but you’d think for $50 they’d put it in a slightly better container that can seal properly. Will definitely buy from someone else next time!

Very good quality product i take it for the mineral content as most our foods today are lacking everything this is a blessing
