It's an amazing product so far, it helped me a lot exfoliating my skin. it's really gentle and easy to use, you just have to follow the steps on the notes.

I've had these for about 8 months now, and even after repeated use, even in their dying form, the gloves are still effective.You'll never feel truly clean again without one! I doubt anyone really realizes just how much dead skin is hanging out after you scrub in the shower. For best results, use alone in a circular motion after 15 min in hot bath/ shower. Then wash body with a bar soap with no hidden oils! I use Ivory. You’ll have the best tan of your life!

I have had different exfoliating mits in the last that you can actually see rolls of skin come off, this one not so much
