I love this stuff, i started birth control because of a cyst on my ovary and the birth control had me on my period for four months straight even after i took it out of my body, but i started taking these and it finally stopped! 10/10.

Only just started taking it but it's good so far. Had an issue with delivery the first time around but I'm pretty sure that was the mail and not their fault. Glad I gave it another shot. I think my favorite part is how well made the pills are (no popped capsules and powder everywhere like other brands I've tried).

I bought these to use in addition with my prenatal vitamins and I found them easy to swallow and they have no bad taste or smell. I will say that in the beginning you may get cramps if you have PMS and these made me nauseous after taking them sometimes. I read that it also includes maca root so I’m thinking the sensitivity is coming from that because maca can cause you to grow your booty and breasts and help with fertility. I like that I didn’t have to buy a lot of other vitamins separately because this included them all in the one capsule. You do have to take 4 capsules per day to get your full serving but they are not hard so it makes it manageable. I’m about to TTC soon and hoping that these work for me!

I've tried several brands of this to help with my PCOS This was by far the best one that I felt worked for me I actually got energy and seen results. I hope they come back in stock soon because I'm having to use a different brand right now and I hate it.

I’ve taken it for two days. Today I woke up with the absolute worst gastric pain in my life. Terrible acid reflux, as well as gastric upset. I think it is the saffron. The supplement doesn’t say what the saffron dosage is, but saffron is only supposed to be taken in low dosage with caution. More frustrating is that they don’t allow returns. So I paid for a miserable day of pain.

I have PCOS and these help so much with my cycle and everything else
