I was a bit skeptical about this product and its ability to enhance the flavor profile of vegan dishes, especially when making things like scrambled eggs, egg salad or even potato salad, but wow, it most certainly does! It not only makes dishes smell like eggs, but also taste just like it. As a vegan, this is now an ingredient I will always have on hand!

I'm a new vegetarian, who really misses her eggs. I'd never tried this before so I was skeptical that it would be good. I was wrong. It makes tofu and chickpeas taste exactly like eggs. I can't wait to try it on asparagus. This stuff is great get you some, and you won'be disappointed!

This is odd stuff. Tastes like salty egg - but addictive. I haven’t cooked with it yet, just go back and taste it once in a while, lol.
