Is this capable for a picatinny rail?

No. You need a picattany attchemnt with QD mounts for this to work. It's for an MLOK handguard.

Can the elastic extension be removed to feed the sling through a slotted stock mount?

The belt can be removed from the buckle to feed through the stock

Can you carry an ebike over 50lbs upstairs?

No. I order the sling swivel not the sling. The swivel cannot hold anything over 20lbs.

Will this work on a stock S&W ar 15 ?

Yes there is multiple places to attach these too on most ar 15. Love mine easy to install and use or change out.
