I thought it worked great. Used it just like the instructions said and then wiped the inside of the microwave with a wet cloth and cam clean easily.

I thought she looked cute! I tried her out and it steamed up the whole microwave, which definitely made it easier to clean! Didn't give it 5-stars because when I opened the box she had some powdery stuff on her and it definitely looked like she was used. But I like her overall so far.

MIx this with pure essential oil (like tea tree or peppermint) with the water and vinegar. Makes the cleaning process smell better. It does work at softening the dried food in microwave and cleaning everything. My advice is to add pure essential oil (not synthetic) so when it starts to steam up the microwave and exits the vents your kitchen will smell nice as opposed to the yucky smell of vinegar.

What a great idea for a job that everyone hates, cleaning a microwave. This is a useful tool for steam cleaning your microwave. I like that it is clearly marked on thee back to show how much vinegar and water to put in the container. It then goes in the microwave for 7 minutes and wait another 3 minutes before removing from the microwave. The remaining water can then be used on a sponge to clean any residue that may be left. There is a strong vinegar smell when heated but you can add a bit of lemon juice if the smell bothers you. I really like this product and will continue to use it.

Maybe I’m just not adding the right mixture but I followed the lines and added my water and vinegar.. it did not steam in the microwave at all and I did the entire 7 minutes. Thus it did not clean the microwave at all or make it easier to wipe out. The little thing is super cute though.
