I'd only used rigid peelers before but this makes peeling so much easier and quicker.I've had this for a year now and feels as sharp as it was new. Has been in the dishwasher several times. I typically peel carrots, butternut squash, sweet potato, courgette.

Good product

So easy to use and it peels the skin of vegetable or fruit with minimal wastage. The peeler is so strong to break, I think we won't buy another for many years.
