White Sands Liquid Texture Medium Hold 33.8oz

This stuff is amazing! Truly. And I've tested it on more than one hair type. I have very thin, fine, dry, fly-away hair (pretty much the worst of the worst) just past my shoulders. I've worn it pinned up for about the past 2 years (every single day). I hated to see it down because it just looked so gross and thin. I decided to give this a try since another reviewer commented similar issues with her hair. Since the day I used this--I've worn my hair down (ALL DAY!). I don't know what it does exactly, I mean, I don't know if others think my hair looks any different (other than is actually down) but it FEELS different and I feel different, and really--that's what matters. I use a few sprays while it's damp and style as usual. It adds a little weight (very little) just to stop the fly-aways. It gives it a little body. I don't know exactly, but when I look at my hair I like it again --normally I would try to work with it, only to pin it up in frustration and disgust.I also use it on my daughters hair--she has excessively think, course, a little oily hair (total opposite of mine). We give her a few sprays before we curl it with the Hot Tools Professional iron (also on Amazon) and WOW!! She gets perfectly set curls that last 24 hours! My curls work great with the texture too, and last all day. It feels a little sticky when you first spray it--but it does not leave a sticky feeling. The brush goes right through it and my hair does not feel like it has product in it (I'm not one to use a lot a product). It stays put--but is not stiff. I really love it. I had my mom purchase it too--and she called to tell me she curled her hair then had a high windstorm day (she was out in it a lot) then she went to bed. The next morning she woke up and gave her hair a little brushing, only to be amazed that she still had curls in her hair. She's 75 and was thrilled to call and explain the curls made it through the wind and sleeping because she used this texture. I've already purchased a second bottle.

I purchased this product few years ago after reading about it online on a celebrity stylist blog and absolutely love it. Though I like to try lot of new products on the market, keep repurchasing and going back to this particular one. I have thick dark wavy hair and use it mostly on damn hair because it gives me better results. I use this in addition to my usual heat protectant because we live and travel a lot in humid climate and my hair tends to get pretty frizzy. I spray this on in sections, style my hair with a Straighter and it gives great texture and the hair feels really soft to hold unlike many other sprays that make it greasy. This product gives a subtle shine and natural bounce and does not weigh the hair down.

This is one of the best combo products I’ve ever used. I apply it before using a curl iron or a hot roller hair setter and I keep my curls for several days with the addition of hair spray - btw I use Masterpiece by Bedhead, my favorite for good hold and shineI don’t use this White Sands styler as a finishing spray because I prefer aerosols for that with a finer mistThe only minus for me is that you have to be careful about how much you apply because it can get pretty stiff and hard to comb out the curlsSo I use the medium strength- just strong enough to keep and protect my curl.The firm hold is just too much for my very fine hair and also sticks to my iron much more.Definitely shine with this!It’s not absolutely perfect but the best yet for me.

I've been using this product for quite a few years as a set before using curlers, drying my hair with curlers in place, and then using a curling iron or brush. I spray a good amount on my hair each time because it is very fine, but the White Sands gives it good texture.

I've used White Sands for a couple of years and love it. It is very light and holds my fine, straight hair in place naturally. I realy like this product.

This product is fantastic if you have fine hair. Spraying it before blow drying and using a round brush creates volume and smoothness. I even use it as a setting spray afterwards.

This is one of my go to products and I just love it. I have straight hair and after I wash my hair I just spray this lightly through my wet hair and then style as usual and I get a lot of volume and staying power all day on my style. Product does not leave any residue on my hair or make it feel stiff. Highly recommend it.
