Absolutely brilliant! Is the only device I found that gets me both ketones and glucose. Buy your glucose strips cheaper from the original website and the lancets from amazon (different brands just look in 30g). Start to test with lower lancet setting (1) and increase if needed for the prick. Prick your finger on the side, for no pain at all and make sure your body and your finger are warm to avoid any discomfort. After you prick hold the lancet for 5 seconds and then remove it. Wait another 3-4 seconds and then add pressure under the prick and a drop of blood will come. Make it enough if you have to check both glucose and ketones so you don’t have to prick twice. If you want to accurately monitor your ketones then this is probably one of the best monitors on the market, IMHO. It’s well made, really good instructions, a little case in which you can carry the things you need. It’s not the cheapest but I think it’s a quality product.

Item arrived today. Tried using it but on the glucose test I constantly got an E4 error reading. Used 6 strips (and a very sore finger) before getting a reading despite ample blood available to the strip. On syncing with the App, I then got a message telling me there are too many entries on the device to sync and that I should delete then. Makes me wonder why as it only arrived today. Very disappointing, overly complicated and useless piece of equipment that can't be returned to Amazon. A total waste of money. If I get any response from the manufacturer I will update this review.

Was looking for something that is easy to use and not to expensive as will only check levels infrequently. This has worked well for me and veey easy user guides/videos to follow.

Great Product

Having read some of the negative views I was slightly concerned.After a using this over the last week and following the procedures in the manual and ensuring there is sufficient blood sample drawn into the strips, usually holding the meter and strip horizontally letting the blood draw into the strip I have not had a single error or issue.The glucose reading are almost exactly the same as the sinocare meter I also have so I haven’t see any inaccuracies in that and the ketone readings also appear accurate and levels change as per ketostix indications.The app works well, GKI readings very useful, integrates well with Apple Health for blood glucose readings and tracking.No issues pairing device or syncing data. Overall very happy with the purchase.The strips are on the expensive side for sure, would be good if they were available at a slightly lower price point.

The machien itself is great. Works a treat, and companion app (as much as I detest them) is surprisingly good.The only downside to this product is the price of test strips. To do only 2 tests a day (say, morning and night) will cost in the region of 60 GBP per month.The machine only comes with 10 of each, so be prepared to get your wallet back out almost right away for the same cost as the machine itself. The strips don't seem patricularly complex in terms of their electronics - it looks like a pair of resistors to denote what type of strip is being inserted, and some electrodes across the sample, so I'm not sure quite how they cost up to 1GBP per piece (or 50p if you split it across keto and glucose strips).All in all, good product, but don't get one if you're not going to be able to afford the 60 GBP per month (essentially) subscription to the test strips.

Ich habe das Messgerät jetzt seit einigen Wochen und bin sehr zufrieden damit.Es ist sehr leicht einzurichten und zeigt akkurate Messwerte. Nicht ein einziger der Teststreifen hat nicht funktioniert.Kommt auch mit allem Zubehör was man braucht Lanzetten Stechhilfe und einem Hardcase sowie ein bisschen Testlösung für Glukose bzw. KetoneDie Messsteifen kosten leider etwas mehr mit einem Dualpaket 70€ aber die Glukosestrips sind relativ günstig.Die App zeigt einem nochmal das Verhältnis Glukose zu Ketonen. (siehe Bild).Alles in allem meiner Meinung nach eins der Besten Messgeräte für die Ketogene Ernährung.

Ich habe nach einer zuverlässigen Möglichkeit gesucht, festzustellen und zu tracken, ob und wie tief ich in Ketose bin. Da die Prüfung mit Urinteststreifen nur sehr ungenau ist, wollte ich lieber die Blutwerte messen - was mit dem Keto-Mojo perfekt funktioniert.Ursprünglich hatte ich mir dafür das FreeStyle Precision Neo gekauft, jedoch sind die Keton-Teststreifen für dieses Gerät um ein Vielfaches teurer. Hingegen finde ich - auch wenn das Keto-Mojo in der Anschaffung des Starterkits bei aktuell ca. 60 EUR liegt und damit über dem Preis anderer Geräte -, die laufenden Kosten im Vergleich als eher günstig.Das Besondere ist, dass das Keto-Mojo Blutzucker- und Ketone-Messung zum GKI (Glukose-Ketone-Index) zusammenfasst und so eine noch bessere Aussage zum eigenen Ketose-Level zulässt. App und Webanwendung sind durchdacht und aus meiner Sicht auch gut zu bedienen - beide liefern neben den aktuellen Werten auch die langfristige Speicherung und somit Auswertungsmöglichkeiten über verschiedene Zeiträume.Bzgl. der Genauigkeit: Das FreeStyle Precision Neo und das Keto-Mojo liefern jedes Mal die gleichen Messwerte, wenn ich sie gegeneinander antreten lasse -> Perfekt! Wer kein anderes Gerät für einen Vergleichstest zur Verfügung hat, kann aber auch die mitgelieferten Testflüssigkeiten nutzen, um die Messgenauigkeit des Keto-Mojos zu (über-)prüfen.Fazit:Nach mittlerweile mehr als 150 Messungen bin ich immer noch so zufrieden wie am ersten Tag und möchte das Keto-Mojo heute nicht mehr missen. Deshalb gibt es 5 Sterne und eine klare Kaufempfehlung von mir!
