We have always used a Flexi kead. This one is better than the tape type we had last time, as it doesn't curl up! Wear will tell in time. Very disappointed with the catch that attaches it to the collat. It is too small, so difficult to use, virtually impossible with gloves! Every time we go to the beach it jams, despite the fact we let the dog off the lead, so it is not in direct contact with the sand. WD40 has helped a little!!

I've always used this for my husky and haven't had any issues so far :)
