Excellent product, packaging needs to be better
The bag was slightly dented because it was not packaged properly. It was in the hidesign cloth bag and so was very slightly dented.The bag was exactly as described and if excellent quality as are all hidesign bags.

Poor quality and poor craftsmanship
It is a very bad quality product. The product has become dull and the leather has come off the edges just in 3 months. Thoroughly disappointed
