The only disadvantage to the book is it is only in French and therefore it can be a bit to translate.

One of the better Pastry books my library icludes, as a new entry in the profession of Patissier.Accompinied by great pictures, the recipes are given precisely and to the point. Personally i would enjoy a couple extra pictures from different angles, but that's just my preference in terms of presentation, and the book is already nicely packed.While the recipes might look kind of overwhelming at start to some, they are easy both to follow and to create. And they keep the essence of making pastries, without the exaggeration on sweeteners and decoration usually found around.Highly recommend.
