The Free installation service guys don't show up.
The product is good for displaying lightweight items. The build quality is ok.But, we faced a significant issue with the FREE installation guys.They would keep confirming the appointment & then call back to postpone.Finally got so fed up that we got our own carpenter to fix it.This is NOT the fault of the Seller... EasyFix & Mechanic2Home are overburdened with previous orders & are not able to cope.I have called Amazon too several times, and they always promise to "RESOLVE" our issue..but beyond Email and several verbal assurances, NOTHING Happened.So Caveat Emptor - Google it.

Good for showpiece. Not for heavy duty.
The media could not be loaded. Ā Whole structure is smaller then what it appears in image.Gaps between two white shelf is really small for me its useless. U can thiugh use it only for movie phone or so.On white board also they have given black screws. I had to stick white cellotape to hide screws. But it is study & it is good for 1 to 2kg item on each shelf but certainly not more then 4kg.
