Is grape tape for a mouse actually beneficial?
Wasn’t sold at first. Saw some videos of PC gamers strongly recommending. Figured I’d roll the dice and give it a shot for $15. Happy to say I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoy the feel of my Logitech Super Light with the grip tape. Better grip, more comfortable, less sweaty and slippery. W all around. Tape was very easy to install and seems to be of good quality. Worth mentioning the tape is about 50% thicker than the tape that comes packaged with the mouse by Logitech. This stuff is waaaay better. Minus one star however for now having tape for the G303 which I also wanted to order. Maybe an unfair deduction but now I have to buy elsewhere when I really like this one.If you’re on the fence just pull the trigger (or left click the mouse button…see what I did there?) and get it. You will like it and you won’t want to use a mouse without it.

Whoa!
I put these on my G305 two days ago and omg wow, I love my mouse even more now. I've only had the G305 since February 20th (today is February 28th). On the first day, all I wanted was more grip. I almost regretted buying it. After a few days though, I began to feel that I no longer needed more grip, but then I saw a video showing this mouse one year after purchasing and the finish on their left button was worn so much they could feel it. It had the appearance of paint chipped off. I still *kinda* wanted more grip and I definitely didn't want to be dealing with that problem a year from now, so I ordered these grips and WOW I'm glad I did!Now sure, I wish they were thinner due to the side buttons not sticking out as much as I want, but this stuff is already extremely thin. I don't see how they could make it any thinner without compromising on durability. You see, if they were any thinner, I wouldn't have been able to peel them off my mouse to start over when trying to apply these perfectly because they would have ripped. So yeah, wow, 5 stars!Oh, and I think they have the same scent as Scotch tape. :)Update for March 20th: They no longer have any scent, and today they were feeling a bit slippery. So I soaked a paper towel with water, wrung out as much of it as I could, and I cleaned the grips. Afterward, the excellent grip returned! Now they're just like new again, perfectly restored. You see, I have a dry skin problem and I hate using lotion (so I never do), so I assume it was just built up skin dust that was too thin of a layer for me to see easily. I could see *something*, but I wasn't sure what it was. It turns out, I was probably right because they also *look* new again (it could've also just been normal dust and like napkin/paper towel/facial tissue lint too). It wasn't skin oil though. I know that because I don't leave fingerprints on anything due to how carefully I avoid touching things that would make my hands grubby enough to leave fingerprints. So it was just a dry build-up of dust I had to wipe off of the grips. What I'm getting at is, if you find after a couple of weeks the grip isn't as good as it was the first day, then just wipe them with a wet cloth or a wet paper towel. They will absorb some of the water (they're designed to absorb moisture), but after they dry they will be just like new again. You'll have to vacuum off the lint after the cleaning, but still. I used a furniture brush attachment.I learned this trick from grip strips I have attached to my iPhone. The instructions said I'd have to replace them about once every month or two, but here I am well over 2 years later with the first strips I put on, and it's all because I keep them clean. It's the same concept as rubber feet on a keyboard: the dustier they get, the less grippy they will be. Keep them clean, and they retain their grip.Update for April 6th: There's much more moisture in the air now and my skin isn't quite so dry. I haven't cleaned the grips since the March 20th update, yet the amount of grip is like they're brand new.

Buy now!
These make the mouse feel better to use. I've had grips from them before and they last.

Makes a HUGE difference!
I am blown away by these mouse grips! During gaming sessions my hand tends to get sweaty and with the G Pro Wireless being an all plastic design, there was times where I wouldn't have the ultimate grip on my mouse. After using these on my mouse for over a week I have to say they feel like they came with the mouse, it is so comfortable to use and improves the mouse ten fold. They adhere really well so take your time putting them on (I only put on the side grips and not the top) They do not have a super rubbery feel yet are grippy enough to do exactly what they are designed for without being bulky and in the way.

Fantastic
I got the DIY option because they didn’t have my mouse as an option and I could’ve cut it better but overall I am extremely happy with how it feels and the look.

Worth if you're a competitive gamer
Fits perfectly. More control when holding the mouse. No slips and hasn't lost its stick for months now.

Very very high quality
This new Gen 2 PLUS version, is leagues better than the previous version.I got the DIY one but cut to fit on my G603, which I use in the office at work. The previous version wasn't very grippy at all, and only got worse over time, due to 8 hours use per day.Straight from the pack, this new PLUS version was so much better feeling. In fact, it feel very similar to Lizard Skins DSP, which I have used before.I will update this review after some time has passed using my office mouse each day.Backstory, I have spent years buying different materials from all over the place, making templates for my mice grips, even before manufacturers started to do it themselves. My top materials for mice grip have been: Lizard Skins DSP, which you can now buy from their gaming line, Closed Cell Adhesive backed 1mm thick Neoprene Sponge rubber sheets, which I had custom made from a factory, and now, potentially, Hotline Games Gen 2 PLUS grips. What a time to be alive !!!

Actually perfect.
This stuff is tremendously grippy - it virtually sticks to your hand with almost zero manual effort. No more hand cramping or discomfort from trying to squeeze a slippy mouse (a seriously annoying problem if you have very dry hands). My G305 was bordering on unusable for me because the sides were too smooth, but this grip tape has literally transformed it and made using it a joy. That sounds really sad (especially as it's my work mouse) but what else do we have in these covid times?!The price might seem a bit expensive but there's a lot in the pack. You only need two tiny strips (one for the thumb and one for the ring/little finger) and that's it. So I've done all of my family's mice and I've literally got 90% of the pack left.I messed around for ages trying all sorts to make my mice grippy but nothing ever came close to this. Incidentally, this is also significantly grippier than the rubberised sides of a Razer Viper Ultimate (which is already satisfactory).Time will tell how durable they are and how well the grip will last, but it doesn't feel like something that will fade.

Excellent, but smelly
This grip tape is a substantial improvement over the grip tape that comes with the Logitech Superlight. Genuinely helps in-game. The tape is a very precise fit - while great for coverage, it makes it trickier to apply correctly - the slightest error could cause interference. A 1mm edge reduction would go a long way to facilitate placement without interfering with it's awesome functionality.Unfortunately, the grips smells a fair bit - a nasty petro-chemical kinda of smell - nothing nice to say about that. While the smell drops off significantly after about a month, it has yet to fully go away, so I'm rating this as 4 stars only.Despite that, I would buy this product again unless there was a non-stinky equivalent.

Perfect replacement for stock grips
Purchased these grips for my Superlight pro. First impressions are good. Much better than the stock grips supplied with the mouse. They feel grippy and are cut to perfect size meaning there is no interference with the mouse buttons. I also appreciate the inclusion of grips for the side buttons which raises them up a bit which was a n issue with the stock grips (there were none). Highly recommended.

Extremelly comfortable to touch!
I'm very delighted with the quality of this product. It comes with a nice package, with 3 stickers that are used to mark the area in the mouse. The glue of the stickers isn't sticky, which allows to peel off easily. The grip tape has a great quality, it's very comfortable to touch and it does the job very well. My gaming mouse now has a wonderful grip.I highly recommend this product, and I'll certainly buy again.
