Contains some interesting information. Also some historical information. But not the best read, it reads like a text book.

Some interesting and general topics ¡!!!!
This book includes 8 short topics. Some of them are interesting and others are very general. The last chapter, “A Few Favored Modern Arnis Techniques”, is very short, only 4 pages. I was expecting more information on the history of Filipino Martial Arts.
